Five in our family and we did the 45min version, which was just right for us. Our kiddos were 10yrs, 8yrs & 4yrs and each of them could help out and figure out some clues on their own. There were still clues they needed help with, but overall they were very involved. Each of the three rooms we accessed was lively, well planned out, and full of fun clues. The staff greeted us warmly and explained everything to the kids in a very understandable way and were very generous with the clues. We all had a wonderful time and would absolutely do another escape room here with the family.

Our game master, Melanie, was so nice and upbeat and seemed genuinely excited for us when we escaped without using any clues. I also saw her managing the front area with walk-in's really well (the mall setup has got to be stressful for that!). The Witch themed room was right at my personal max level of scary/spooky. It seems like most of the other rooms had a spook factor to it; I'd love to see some that are more mystery, adventure, or heist themed. We did Wong's Chinese and were impressed by the real story touches to the set. All the puzzles felt good to solve and we had the perfect amount of hints to snag what we never would've noticed. Having a group of 8 worked to our advantage, and we were able to score top of the leaderboard, which was also cool. I'd recommend this place. It's a bit hard to find in an office building, but nothing too crazy. Warning: I've heard the Pharaoh one is very hard!!

From the booking site, it looks like others can join your party which I wasn't a fan of, but no one else joined us. We picked the Cosmic mission and barely solved it with two minutes to spare! I liked that it was spread across 3 rooms and required us to solve puzzles together being in different rooms entirely. We've done several escape rooms and recommend this one if you've done them before. I heard the hardest one is prison break and will be coming back to try it out!

The staff member I spoke with said they actually don't expire, but I'm glad we went anyway. We chose the Gift Holiday escape room and booked online two days before. Our game master Andy did a great job catering to our family of four's needs--our kids are 8 and almost 12, so he asked if we were looking to beat the high score or if we wanted hints if he saw we were stuck. I let him know we wanted to try to solve it ourselves, but we wanted to beat the room. He provided a great amount of help but always at the right times. We solved the room with five minutes to spare which felt great. We don't have beat it without his help, and it would've negatively impacted our experience. I appreciated the option where more competitive people would need or want fewer hints. He had great enthusiasm and a pleasant attitude. There are many escape room options, but he made this location our favorite and first choice going forward.

I played the Lost Ruins room with some friends, and we made it out with under two minutes to spare…read more We chose the unlimited hints options I think (or whatever was the most) and used around 5-7 in total. You get a bonus hint if you can solve the riddle at the front, which was fun. This room had a lot fewer high tech audio visual effects than some escape rooms I've done more recently. It was a lot of more classic puzzles, nothing insanely cognitively complexed. There were some frustrations, like getting pieces in exactly the right order but one fairly symmetrical piece was just upside down/ not locking properly with magnets. That's the kind of thing it would be helpful if the game master could comment on when they see us get the order right and lose 10 extra minutes... they did give us some time back because the piece was a little glitchy. We had multiple binders to use as reference for many clues, and one of them was really out of order, which also confused the flow a little as we were trying to flip to the same pages as each other. We found some of the puzzles a little far fetched to figure out without a hint to get started. All in all, though, this was a very fun way to spend an hour with friends and earns a solid 4/5 on escape rooms for me! I appreciated it wasn't too scary (I hate the ones with super loud jump scares and things / people popping out at you!). Recommend! We were a group of four which I think is about the right number for this sort of thing.
