First, I was recommended by the flooring contractor, who said they would get me the contractor price, which I was told when I purchased from Rayo. As it turns out, the "contractor price" was just their normal price, which I verified by calling and asking for the price. Secondly, they screwed up my underlayment order, giving me a lower-quality underlayment that I thankfully caught before the contractor installed it. This may have had the consequence of needing the flooring to be ripped out and underlayment replaced due to HOA rules of minimum sound abatement quality. And third, they couldn't find a flooring piece and told my contractor it was located at a different store, sending them from this location to Clairmont during rush hour. The piece was actually at this location, but they didn't even try looking for it. This delayed my project two days. Overall, they are untruthful and seem to be careless and unprofessional.

O like what I was told and ask how long would I have to be scheduled. I needed time to clear up items that were on the garage floor. Once I got that completed I called Jeff to schedule my install. The entire process was smooth up until the install date. The crew for the install was 30 late. I asked what was going on and was told they were getting more supplies,. The current team managing Joe's is young and hardworking. My only feedback is to improve on their time-management especially when arrival time is different from the confirmed/scheduled time. I also want to say the two workers that installed our floors, Diego and his partner, were not only early on the job, but very respectful being in our home and very tidy. Diego deserves some special praise for some extra detail work he did in the cut of the vinyl to fit around my fireplace and the trim work he did in my kitchen when he replaced my ¾ round wood with composite, it looks fantastic now. I also don't want to forget about the "savior of the hour" Frank from the warehouse division who came to our aid twice. Once for moisture concerns in our slab. He had contacts that were able to roll out quickly to make evaluations, offer solutions, and provide action to resolve the issue so the job could be completed with minimal delay. Then, when the job was right at the end of completion I spilled paint on the new floor. Frank came out to mitigate the damage and showed me some techniques to remove the paint and clean the vinyl so as not to need replacement of the new boards.
