Truly worth the 5 stars rating! Scott and his team have been extremely helpful and kind to us during the past two years. I highly recommend this business for any flooring needs. Let me preface this with some background - I bought a house a few years ago and I started noticing uneven floors in the kitchen. This was probably due to the original installers installing the island on top of the flooring, and not having enough space in btwn the flooring to breathe / bad installation. While looking for quotes, we did a lot of research beforehand so we could be prepared and understand what needed to be done so we wouldn't be upcharged. When we met Scott he was very friendly, knowledgeable with all of our questions, and eager to work with us. I feel like not a lot of contractors were as helpful and took us seriously so we were really excited to work with Scott. His prices were fair and we really appreciated him being flexible and working with our budget too. Fast forward to the installation, everything was great and the floors turned out beautiful! Abraham and his team were very professional, kind, and if we had any issues they were quick and open to fixing them. They were always on time and the flooring installation was pretty quick and painless (just be mindful that with this type of work the house will get dusty so be prepared to clean afterwards). They did the self leveling, added moisture barrier and installed our floors. We also asked them to redo our stairs / baseboards too so everything would match. Our stairs had some exposed edges that made it kind of difficult to rework and Abraham was able to figure out a nice way to make them look nice. A year later, we had a pipe leak / foundation issues and we reached out to Scott again to help provide a quote for our insurance since they were damaged. Scott was always one phone call away whenever we needed him to answer questions or stop by to provide quotes. We ended up working with him one more time because we trusted his team to redo our floors. Due to the nature of these unfortunate events, there were a lot of issues going back and forth with insurance, other contractors, and Scott was probably the most consistent one who we knew was on our side. He was always helpful, provided sound advice, and was just a great person to work with. I truly felt like he had our best interest and was working to help us fix our issues instead of just being a salesman and getting the most he could from us. He was helping us without a guarantee we would work with him because of all the insurance obstacles. It's really difficult to find people like that and I'm truly grateful for Scott and his team! Scott was professional and friendly and answered all my emails and phone calls . My only problem was is we should have double checked material amount with contractor we knew we would have about 2 boxes because that's what scott recommended for future need but we ended up with 5 boxes . Could have saved a few hundred had we ordered less. I would use this company for any future flooring needs over big companies like home depot or lowes . My first contact with Fabuless Floors was through Yelp. I mentioned I wanted an estimate to have luxury vinyl planks installed in our home. Scott responded within minutes. We agreed to an appointment time. From that initial contact, Scott updated me in real time. Sending me with reminders of our appointment and ETA to my home. He arrived at my home on time. From that moment on, things went perfectly. He took measurements. Was very patient with all my questions. That same day he contacted me with the estimate. Bottom Line: Great service, would use again. Full Story: From my initial contact with Scott to setup the consultation, I had a feeling I was going to go with them. Scott was very friendly and responsive and seemed like a person I wanted to work with. During our initial consultation, he spend a lot of time going over every detail and answering all our questions. He offered his experience and advice on what materials are good/bad in different areas. He must of spent over an hour and a half. The project was redo-ing all the floors in my in-laws new home, mostly wood but carpet upstairs. The project also required demolition of some tile to replace with wood, which they quoted a very reasonable rate. Now, my mother-in-law is VERY picky. She is a retired architect, so she knows her way around construction and these types of projects. So she's no slouch. Scott and his team did great putting up with all her requests for minor adjustments and nit-picks. They handled it better than I could! I was the main point of contact for the project, trying not to stress my in-laws out in their old age, but MIL still had tons requests I had to bring to Scott and he did his best to accommodate all of them. When we decided to get new flooring, Fabuless Floors first came to my attention due to their impressive number of 5-star Yelp reviews. After meeting Scott when he came to take measurements, I felt comfortable with him right away. At the end of 2019 we completed a whole house remodel with a remodeling company. When we selected our luxury vinyl plank flooring, the remodeling company insisted that we use their flooring installers, assuring us that they were qualified professionals. Approximately 14 months later we started to notice gaps between the floor planks throughout the house, as well as large 1/4-1/2 inch gaps in one area where the floor meets the wall. We contacted the remodeling company and sent photos but they refused to discuss the issue with us because we were two months past our Warranty window. We were livid and frustrated. We had already purchased the flooring but we were having trouble finding a company to install the flooring who would respond to our calls and emails. A Yelp search led us to Fabuless Floors.
