I'm from Lake Highlands and staying with family for a few days - and was able to walk over over and take a CP Reformer Flow 1.5 class at this location. The 1.5 class here was different than the one in Baltimore, but in a great way. The class was challenging and great. The instructor Rosebud was wonderful; she knew I was new to the studio and was very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated her adjustments, advice, and reminders. I took a 6:30am class on a weekday, and it wasn't full. The studio is really nice - clean, organized, large enough for the reformers to be spaced out comfortably. In Baltimore, I have a 4 class per month package, so the drop in class rate made my eyes go pug-like for a minute, but I enjoyed the class very much, and I'd happily return or consider membership if I still lived in Dallas. Since I don't, I'm happy to be able to visit this Club Pilates location when I visit home!

About a year and a half ago, I bought a groupon that I sat on for about three months because I was so scared. Eventually, I sucked it up and went. And now I'm a total convert. Not to get cheesy, but the coaches really care that you learn and progress. And they do that by challenging you in a safe manner. Their eyes are on you all the time (there's one coach for every 10 people in the class). And they treat everyone with the same respect, from those in competition shape to you know, people like me. And their focus on form and technique works. I'm so much stronger than I was a year ago (you guys, I can do a handstand!), I run faster, I eat better, and I'm a few pounds lighter. Plus I made new friends too. I like knowing the name of everyone at my gym, and honestly, I like when they call me out when I'm slacking off. Anyway, this is a large fitness center with a good-sized indoor pool. There are many facilities and different types of weights. Parking is ample. I agree with the person who said the staff is not particularly friendly, but actually you don't have much contact with them anyway, just when you check in. I have not used a personal trainer so I cannot comment on that. They seem to always be running some kind of special so you can join and work out for a reasonable price.
