He clipped my real nail down the middle and covered the hole with a paper towel and glued it down... Praying i don't get an infection. I told them that wasn't enough notice and asked to come in the next day and they said the builder gel girls weren't there so I suggested the next day. They said at that point it would be day 8 and they couldn't guarantee it. Below are pictures of my nails 10 days after. This was a $90 gel manicure and the polish chipped within 6 days and literally just came off within 10.

One of the front desk staff members, along with the manager Lauren Pace, are among the most unwelcoming and rude individuals I've encountered in any salon. From the moment you walk in, you're met with glares and a tone that feels dismissive and condescending, for no apparent reason. It genuinely feels like you're inconveniencing them just by being there or asking a simple question. It's disappointing because there are a couple other staff members here who are fantastic. Hope mini luxe can find a friendly kind person to run their front desk and welcome guests in.

The file (rasp) she attempted to use on my calluses didn't have a handle, and she briefly rubbed it over each foot rather than actually removing any of my callus build up, leaving my feet rough. She painted over my cuticles and cut several of my toes with the dremel she used. The reasons I kept coming back is that this is one of the cleaner salons I've found near me, and they do a good job with massages. However, I don't think it's worth the cost. I recommend avoiding if you're looking for consistent quality services!

I told my technician I wanted blue with pink accents, but then she starts pushing me to do white flowers and only white flowers on the big toes over the blue base.
