I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I've been coming here for a little over a year I think hahaha. It's been forever and I have never been happier. I have done laser, VI peels, and I have purchased things for others as gifts here (which by the way, if you want to give someone a gift for Christmas, birthdays, or just because you need to give them the gift of going to Erase Spa). ALL!!! the technicians here are sooooo wonderful, ALL!!!! the girls in the front are SO nice. Just overall great staff. The space is so clean and cute. Full of personality and great energy. I ABSOLUTELY recommend everyone to come here. My results have been great with laser and VI peels I'm now looking into getting microneedling here as well. I only have good things to say overall. JESSICA IS A BLESSING! I used to suffer from ingrown hairs and scarring/discoloration from all other hair removal methods. I was hesitant as a brown-skinned Black woman but after 6 Brazilian sessions with Jessica my scars have become more faint, I've only had 1 or 2 small ingrowns, and I'm about 70% hairless. I recently purchased a GREAT 6 full body laser hair removal package for an awesome price. I was interested in getting a full Brazilian because I was over waxing. My friend had terrifying stories of how much laser hurt so I've put it off for so long and continued waxing. My coworker recommended Erase Space because of 1. the price and 2. the seamless procedure with little to no pain. It was LIFE CHANGING. The service for one is fantastic and the suite is very clean. I was explained what would happen and what to expect post-procedure. The greatest part of their machines is the cooling effect, I'm not sure I could've done laser without it. I felt the laser but the pain wasn't unbearable and nowhere close to waxing. It also lasted 10 minutes. I've only gone for 1 procedure, but I can't wait to go back! My first experience was good second time (I think her name is Genevieve) left a lot of hair untouched. It was very rushed. I didn't realize this until I was home. I didn't worry about it too much because I planned to buy a package. When called to speak to a manger and I book another appointment the receptionist was very rude and she said a manager would call me back I have yet to receive a call from the manager (a month later) subsequently I'm not going back there and I'm going to another spa. I feel they have gotten snotty lately. I am very unhappy with the service and their telephone customer service. read more

Erase Spa is the ONLY place I will go to for laser hair removal. They have a Groupon, and many promotions that go on in store as well. I can't imagine why anybody would pay to get a doctor to perform a procedure, when you can do it at a fraction of the cost and with the ambience you get at Erase. They always confirm appointments via email, which is also appreciated. Its hard to get a nighttime appointment, you have to book months in advance, especially during the summer. I've done both my armpits and Brazilian at Erase. The Brazilian hurts...alot. Use numbing cream about 30 minutes before, but if you can bear the pain, go without, as apparently the laser works better without anything on the skin. Also be sure to have NO sun exposure and NO fake tanning products on the skin when you get the laser done. The laser has a weird reaction with the pigment and can lead to an uneven skin tone. I've gotten about 6 sessions done of each, but I still grow back hair, so its more accurate to expect about 10 sessions evenly spaced out. Also workout and shower before you go in, as they don't want you sweating or using hot water for 24 hours after your session, which can be difficult! Let me know if any questions. Erase Spa definitely deserves a 5 star rating! I started visiting them for laser hair removal in July after seeing so many great reviews and it's been an amazing experience so far. I initially booked an appointment for my underarms but that first session went so great that I decided to also do my bikini area that same day. They were wonderful and immediately made time to fit me in that same day to start my sessions for my bikini. After that I purchased a package for my thighs and full face and my mother also purchased packages for various areas. I previously had some laser treatments at a dermatologist and I have seen way better results after visiting Erase. The laser they use is far less painful than what I have experienced in the past and the sessions usually only takes 10-15 minutes but it really seems to fly by. I've been seeing Eve for my laser and she has been great! She is very sweet, professional and makes you feel at ease. She really wants to make sure you get the best results! I've made sure to book my future sessions with her. Our experience with Erase has been so great that we (me & my mom) recently went in for a Silkpeel. It was AMAZING! We both had our treatment with Phylesha who was absolutely wonderful! She was very professional and really took the time to listen to our issues and concerns with our skin before starting the treatment. I was a bit nervous at first because  I did not know how my skin would react but our skin has been GLOWING ever since we saw her! We have received numerous compliments on it. Phylesha was even nice enough to give me her contact info so I could follow up with her regarding products. It was the best experience and we will definitely be booking another Silkpeel with her in the future.   I live in Massachusetts and do not mind at all taking a day trip to come into the city to visit Erase. It is sooooooo worth it. Their packages really are very  affordable. Erase is very chic, clean and everyone is very nice and welcoming. Best place EVER! read more

Erase Spa is fantastic! Today, I completely my 5th Brazilian laser hair removal treatment and I couldn't be happier. The Spa itself is spotless. The waiting area and treatment rooms are all extremely clean. It's a small spa but enough room to be comfortable for all your treatments. I have had Loryn, Gia, Natasha, Tatiana and Lisa (the owner) and each are extremely knowledgable in what they're doing. The service is so fast and efficient. The treatments are as pain-free as possible. Each person has made sure to make me feel comfortable. The results have been incredible. As someone who has waxed and shaved, this is THE BEST hair removal technique. I considered it for years and have been so happy I finally decided to do it and to do it at Erase. I am so excited for what the area will look like once I'm finished. I fully plan on doing 12 total treatments due to the great results thus far. I went to Erase Spa, looking for a miracle for my severe hair issues. My results after several treatments are AMAZING! I am currently doing hair removal for my face, underarms and Brazilian. I was concerned that the laser would burn, due to my skin pigmentation. All of the ladies are wonderful, but Courtney is exceptional!! She has done all of my sessions, and will tell you Sunscreen is important!!! I have done the Silk Peel and I highly recommend Erase Spa. I will try the VI Peel next and write another review. Erase is the best! The staff is super friendly and nice- they make you feel very comfortable to ease the anticipation of getting your hairs zapped off by a powerful laser. I arrived 5 minutes late to my last appointment and since they were quite busy that day, I had to wait 25 mins, to which they profusely apologized and wound up comping my session for! Amazing. I must say, as someone who has zero pain tolerance, they actually manage to make the experience as painless as humanly possible. The lasers shoot out a steady gust of cold air to counterbalance the burn. The pain only lasts for about a second and the procedure is so quick. They even have the option of purchasing a numbing cream if you need. And no ingrowns!? It's almost too good to be true. I can't believe I've spent years of my life enduring the pain and expensive price tag of waxing! Love the results I've gotten from the laser. last week I finally got to visit Erase Spa. After waiting for a two years. ( I live in Cali) Aline S treated me for a SilkPeel and The Jet Peel. Aline clearly explained each step as she proceeded my facial. The SilkPeel was a lot like microdermabrasion. The machine sucked out all the dirt and impurities in my face. Next was the jet peel (my favorite). I have been getting facial about over ten years and have been to a number of places. Never have I received a facial like this. The jet peel facial combines oxygen and a liquid such as water, anesthetic or skin nutrients to create a jet stream of micro-droplets. Reaching a velocity of up to 600 ft/sec this powerful but, yet, gentle jet stream can be used to exfoliate the skin's surface without causing irritation. It was slightly uncomfortable because the jet is so cold but at the same it was such a cool feeling. Immediate glowing results. I loved every second of the jet peel facial. My whole experience at Erase was great! This was my first laser treatment, and they could not have made me more comfortable. I used a Gilt City voucher, and didn't feel like I got treated any differently using a "coupon". I was nervous going into the appointment, but Amy talked me through the whole thing, gave me a stress ball to squeeze (although the pain was not bad at all in comparison to the pain of waxing), and it was over in a couple minutes. read more

This place is one of the most affordable laser places I have come across. Also, they use top of the line quality laser machines, which I highly recommend. The space is very clean, modern, and bright. Their office is near Penn Station, so definitely very accessible. The technicians are pleasant and do a great job. The reason for the -1 star is because I always have to wait at least 15-20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Otherwise, definitely recommend this place for laser hair removal. read more

I love Erase! The vibe is really relaxed and fun. I have had the most wonderful experience with all of the technicians and staff. Eve is fantastic. AMAZING customer service. I came here for laser hair removal after talking to a few people and having this place recommended to me more than once. When I got there, I didn't even have to wait more than 5 minutes before getting taken in. My technician was Courtney, she was gentle, sweet, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. Love this place! I initially came across Erase through a groupon deal. I was somewhat skeptical at first as I had been to some bigger spa chains in the city and didn't see that great of results. However after just couple of treatments, I saw far better results than anything I had before. And let's be honest this is probably not the most comfortable beauty treatment, but the ladies at Erase are friendly, personable and always make sure I am okay. They are also far better priced than most other places. I heard they will be raising their prices soon so I'd definitely take advantages of their packages before the prices go up.
