Maya and Sophia are absolutely lovely! Each time you go in for a treatment they make you feel like VIP I bought a six laser hair removal package that was redeemed over the course of six months. The reduction in hair was impressive. I did a Brazilian removal and saw a reduction in hair. They use YAG which burns the hair follicles and it also doesn't touch the skin making it very sanitary. I have had both laser and YAG performed in that are and I actually believe YAG gets better results. Especially for women of color! I first went here years ago using a Groupon for laser hair removal on my legs. I was self conscious and nervous about the experience and Maya made me feel beyond comfortable!! My smooth legs lasted for a long time even though I wasn't even coming in for touch ups. I actually didn't need a touch up until after I was pregnant, which can cause a bit of extra hair growth. Recently my family decided to move out of the city. I still had some laser leg sessions in the pack I had paid for, but wouldn't be able to use before the move. Maya was super flexible and offered to transfer the remaining sessions to underarm lasering, facials, or other treatments. I ended up going with a different treatment that Maya suggested which helps heal ab muscle separation after a trauma like pregnancy or a c-section. I did not have a very good experience at Petals Laser Lounge. I received several sessions of the laser hair removal and after I finished them all I still have considerable hair growth. It is almost as not having done anything. On top of it, I also got burned from one of the lasers and I was told that the "scars" would go away but I still have the burned spots on the skin after several weeks.
