I was told a U.S. store would handle it, but after driving over an hour, they refused because the purchase was overseas. Customer service then said returns can only be done in the country of purchase and won't accept mail returns--even at my expense. In other words, there is no practical way to return or exchange anything. No flexibility, no real support, just rigid policy that leaves customers stuck. I had to escalate to my bank. Won't shop here again.
