Toms RV said there was a safety recall on the repairs and it would be coved on that recall except for for2-3 hrs of extra work. Seemed it would be ok, all the work would be covered by the recall. get a call and the trailer is finished, come and pick it up. The service manager hands me a bill for $1988.00. I can not print on here what I was thinking. Had to pay to get my trailer. they are the worst bunch of people I had to deal with ever, they make it sound all great and then stick it to you . So much for shopping local in your own community. It is businesses like this that do not belong in your community. I will never do business there again and would recommend to anyone to take your business elsewhere. I paid for an extended warranty and never had a chance to use it there.
