I am near to tears with what I discovered after taking my vehicle in for an oil change. A couple…read moreof days later I saw some pink liquid driping under my engine compartment. Come to find out of course it is radiator fluid. Then I look and see my engine cover riddled with oil everywhere in the groves as if hastily whiped off. I had just washed my engine compartment prior to bringing it in. Shame on them for that. I was told they checked all my fluids and lubricated joints etc. And that the air cleaner was fine for several hundred more miles. Hmm, no one took the cover off the air filter. There are two bolts that need to be removed and they were untouched., The 190 plus they are making an hour, you would think they would have could have taken the radiator cap off, but it was crusty around the edges and the fluid was rusty looking inside. They either didn't bother to look or did care to tell me. Shame on them either way. I am trying to take care of my car why would a professional not let me know the things it will need done. The interior cabin filter was also never looked at, even Jiffy lube looks for these money making items. So $250 plus dollars later, they left me with doubts about even getting a new oil filter, a leaking radiator with rusty water in it a severed hose leading to the engine air filter I should have been aprized of and two completely filthy air filters. And, and no itemized list of the points they checked and the condition there of. Now I see why. Shame on your workmanship and professionalism. Not even trying to help someone to care for thier car. Shame!

Toms RV said there was a safety recall on the repairs and it would be coved on that recall except for for2-3 hrs of extra work. Seemed it would be ok, all the work would be covered by the recall. get a call and the trailer is finished, come and pick it up. The service manager hands me a bill for $1988.00. I can not print on here what I was thinking. Had to pay to get my trailer. they are the worst bunch of people I had to deal with ever, they make it sound all great and then stick it to you . So much for shopping local in your own community. It is businesses like this that do not belong in your community. I will never do business there again and would recommend to anyone to take your business elsewhere. I paid for an extended warranty and never had a chance to use it there. Basically they took me to the cleaners. Stay away from here.

There has been back and forth communication with the owner of Tom's RV with no resolution to my concerns and substantial subsequent costs. Owner was not happy that I took my own advice and went to a real onan repair shop to have the generator actually repaired correctly for an additional $2000.00 rather then taking it back to Tom's RV.

However, Lippert shipped the wrong parts. Long story short, Lippert shipped the wrong parts 2-more times. In the mean time, we had reservations in a town 3-hours south of Sequim and had to vacant the Sequim RV park. When Lippert finally shipped the correct parts Darren traveled 3-hrs to our next destination to make the repair. My RV Works went above and beyond to complete the repair. There are still people (companies) out there that are willing to do the right thing to complete the job and get the job done right. Hats off to My RV Works, Darren, Anne and Dakota.
