The owner agreed to send someone out to check out the problem the following afternoon even though he was swamped. Sure enough a little after the lunch hour help arrived. However, he had the wrong board with him. The owner made a couple trips out himself to see that our unit was fixed. Before long we had hot water. When we thought it was time to settle the bill we were told to stop by their office in the morning to pay!! Can you believe that? We were stunned as we could have just pulled out and left. They actually trusted a stranger. What a great place and what great people. Obviously, we can't say enough good about this place!!

EDIT: A week after Sonny's "fix," my furnace igniter failed again. I took it out to inspect it and…read morediscovered that Sonny's installed the igniter upside down. The igniter was also bent out of correct shape. I definitely recommend avoiding this place at all costs. I came here to get a warranty fix for my Subarban furnace. The technician tried to get me to pay for the repair and told me Suburban will reimburse me. The manual for my furnace explicitly states not to pay the service center directly, and that payment won't be reimbursed. I almost got scammed by this place, so beware. If you do choose to come here for repairs, expect to be billed for a generous $100/hour. They claimed it took one full hour to replace the igniter on my furnace. Keep in mind that I handed them the furnace and they just swapped out one $20 piece. Then tried to bill me $150. If I hadn't protested they would have gladly scammed me.

However, Lippert shipped the wrong parts. Long story short, Lippert shipped the wrong parts 2-more times. In the mean time, we had reservations in a town 3-hours south of Sequim and had to vacant the Sequim RV park. When Lippert finally shipped the correct parts Darren traveled 3-hrs to our next destination to make the repair. My RV Works went above and beyond to complete the repair. For one, the price was far less than the dealership we bought the car from, and secondly, Smiley's did a much nicer job installing the hitch, and the wiring.
