However, Lippert shipped the wrong parts. Long story short, Lippert shipped the wrong parts 2-more times. In the mean time, we had reservations in a town 3-hours south of Sequim and had to vacant the Sequim RV park. When Lippert finally shipped the correct parts Darren traveled 3-hrs to our next destination to make the repair. My RV Works went above and beyond to complete the repair. Basically the place is for those who can afford nothing else. I strongly suggest using caution before deciding on staying the night there with children.

I tried to get them to correct price as used and to get milage corrected for warranty concerns. Neither was done. Being a "new" car I was told it came with oil changes as long as I owned the car. Went in last week for oil change preparing for a trip. Quick lube was all torn up for remodel or some changes. They said they could do it in the main shop for $149. ?? Also asked them about a noise in the indoor fan. I was pretty sure there was something in the fan that should not be. They said it would be $99 to put it on the scope to check, plus whatever the repair cost was. Told them I would need to wait a bit. Took the car back about 2 months later. The cost now to put it on the scope was $250. No way did I have the money, and they should have honored the $99 they had told me. Especially since I was almost positive what it was since I had had the same problem on another car. Needless to say, I walked out. Took it to a friend opening a new shop. He had a friend put it on a scope. Problem was exactly as I thought. I bought a new filter and they put in for me. Took less than 30 minutes. All at a cost lower than the original $99.
