Truthfully, to get us out of a tent and off the ground because our 50something year-old bones don't love that anymore. Jim's communication throughout the process was excellent. He worked hard to help us find what we needed, instead of what most people want. That made a huge difference. The whole experience felt straightforward, professional, and low-pressure. Sherman was also very helpful. He took the time to go through the entire trailer with us, explaining all the equipment and maintenance, and being very patient with all of our amateur questions. We were a little hesitant venturing into the RV world, but their staff made it easy and even enjoyable. We're excited to disappear into the trees with our little Ember Spark and start exploring. He is by far the most competent person I have found for any kind of RV repairs and advice, and by far the most reasonably-priced among rv specialists in the region. The Rainbows End RV Park is a wonderful small no-frills, old-school private RV park. It's a little…read moretight, so make sure to let them know if you have a big rig so they put you in an appropriate spot. The park is very well maintained and cute. A ducky pond, a wonderful dog park where even large dogs can get a good run, clean facilities, and a super friendly staff. Good solid connectivity too -- wifi is weak, but cell signals are strong enough for internet. Despite its not-so-great location right along the 101 (noisy, no hikes or trails in and out of the park), it is definitely well suited for day trips into the Olympic National Forest (Hurricane Ridge, Dungeness State Park, etc.) and eastwards to Sequim or further to Port Townsend.

However, Lippert shipped the wrong parts. Long story short, Lippert shipped the wrong parts 2-more times. In the mean time, we had reservations in a town 3-hours south of Sequim and had to vacant the Sequim RV park. When Lippert finally shipped the correct parts Darren traveled 3-hrs to our next destination to make the repair. My RV Works went above and beyond to complete the repair. There are still people (companies) out there that are willing to do the right thing to complete the job and get the job done right. Hats off to My RV Works, Darren, Anne and Dakota.

What olympic gold medalist do for gymnastics, they do with wenches and hydraulics. I referred them to a friend and they moved a shed for her. It was in an awkward location and a tree tried to scrape Chris off the side of the shed as he was maneuvering it past. With more skill than a rodeo clown, he hung on and got the shed past the wild tree. They placed it in the requested location with precision. Watching this father and son team work together is a thing of joy and entertainment. I hope to be alive and in need of their services in another 15 years so that I might see Daves grandson working with them. They are great at what they do, and as heartwarming as a feel-good movie. I almost feel like buying a structure so that I can hire them to move it.

I arrived not knowing the shop had closed due to a major accident on the main road closing it for hours. Luckily there were a couple of mechanics there when i arrived who told me why the shop was closed.
