Truthfully, to get us out of a tent and off the ground because our 50something year-old bones don't love that anymore. Jim's communication throughout the process was excellent. He worked hard to help us find what we needed, instead of what most people want. That made a huge difference. The whole experience felt straightforward, professional, and low-pressure. Sherman was also very helpful. He took the time to go through the entire trailer with us, explaining all the equipment and maintenance, and being very patient with all of our amateur questions. We were a little hesitant venturing into the RV world, but their staff made it easy and even enjoyable. We're excited to disappear into the trees with our little Ember Spark and start exploring. I had called ahead and ordered my tires and got a quote for them. I live in Port Townsend so driving to Port Angeles is always a bit of a hassle but the price that they were offering for the tires seemed like a good deal to me. I arrived and was told that unfortunately the person who had taken the order over the phone had ordered the wrong tires. They tried to find out if there were any tires in the area that they could use to replace the ones that I ordered, but they could not so I had to leave my car until the correct tires arrived. To complicate matters, I was having shoulder surgery in two days so I needed to have a car to get me to Silverdale. The service manager., Steve, not only got me a car to use to drive home, but also told me that he would bring my car back to Port Townsend and pick up the rental car. It took three days for the tires to be installed, and my car returned to me, but I can't be more pleased with the service that I received. Not only that, the price that was quoted for me was lower than the actual price, but they stayed with the quoted price and did not charge me more. This service goes beyond what one would expect and I am extremely impressed and wanted to let everyone know that Wilder Toyota is a very, very reputable and personable company.

We had issues getting our license plates, multiple phone calls and no effect by this office to help, just passed the buck to the Fife, WA office. Then we had a motor go out on the slide on our four month old RV while camping. It was stuck out and we couldn't retract it. They were unable to provide mobile service nor were the RV tech they suggested. We contacted Blade RV, they sent someone to help us at the campground. RV country told us they could fix the broken motor issue in FIVE MONTHS, Blade RV will see us within a week. I love the RV we bought, Grand Design has been great to work with, they will reimburse me for the repairs. But RV Country Service in Mt Vernon completely and total sucks!

Being a fairly new unit, I knew there had to be a rodent issue of some sort but couldn't locate the issue. I pulled up to Apache Camping Center, left my rig in the center turn lane because it's a long one, I meet Phil Ervin. Phil asked how he can help, after I explained the issue and that I am trying to beat the storms back to California he went out and checked the power from the truck, all good. I parked across the street when Jay (I believe) came over, immediately started to remove the underbelly insulation and found the issue's, many wires chewed. Jay re-wired my lights better then Grand Design and had me on the road in about a hour. These guy's didn't have to drop everything to help but they did! They could have charged me anything they wanted but they didn't, very fair! I'd like to thank the Phil and his staff for being so willing to help and for making my trip home a safe one.

Marc Plum told me they just took in a 2023 that had very little use so I purchased it. Thought they were very helpful but that's where it began. They information they provided was priceless. Devin Crawford spent between an hour and two hours explaining in detail every operation. We even took videos of the information. I learned how little I knew about the operation of a trailer and realized how horrifying it would be without learning all of the systems if I bought from a private seller and maybe other dealers. I am near to tears with what I discovered after taking my vehicle in for an oil change. A couple…read moreof days later I saw some pink liquid driping under my engine compartment. Come to find out of course it is radiator fluid. Then I look and see my engine cover riddled with oil everywhere in the groves as if hastily whiped off. I had just washed my engine compartment prior to bringing it in. Shame on them for that. I was told they checked all my fluids and lubricated joints etc. And that the air cleaner was fine for several hundred more miles. Hmm, no one took the cover off the air filter. There are two bolts that need to be removed and they were untouched., The 190 plus they are making an hour, you would think they would have could have taken the radiator cap off, but it was crusty around the edges and the fluid was rusty looking inside. They either didn't bother to look or did care to tell me. Shame on them either way. I am trying to take care of my car why would a professional not let me know the things it will need done. The interior cabin filter was also never looked at, even Jiffy lube looks for these money making items. So $250 plus dollars later, they left me with doubts about even getting a new oil filter, a leaking radiator with rusty water in it a severed hose leading to the engine air filter I should have been aprized of and two completely filthy air filters. And, and no itemized list of the points they checked and the condition there of. Now I see why. Shame on your workmanship and professionalism. Not even trying to help someone to care for thier car. Shame!

The entire experience from start to finish was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Danielle (and the sales crew)were low pressure, super knowledgeable, and fair with our trade. On the day we picked up our camper, Morgan and the service staff totally took care of us. It was very clear to me the business that has been family owned and operated since 1971 does not only deliver a top tier customer experience... they keep employees happy by providing a top tier place to work.
