Truthfully, to get us out of a tent and off the ground because our 50something year-old bones don't love that anymore. Jim's communication throughout the process was excellent. He worked hard to help us find what we needed, instead of what most people want. That made a huge difference. The whole experience felt straightforward, professional, and low-pressure. Sherman was also very helpful. He took the time to go through the entire trailer with us, explaining all the equipment and maintenance, and being very patient with all of our amateur questions. We were a little hesitant venturing into the RV world, but their staff made it easy and even enjoyable. We're excited to disappear into the trees with our little Ember Spark and start exploring. I had called ahead and ordered my tires and got a quote for them. I live in Port Townsend so driving to Port Angeles is always a bit of a hassle but the price that they were offering for the tires seemed like a good deal to me. I arrived and was told that unfortunately the person who had taken the order over the phone had ordered the wrong tires. They tried to find out if there were any tires in the area that they could use to replace the ones that I ordered, but they could not so I had to leave my car until the correct tires arrived. To complicate matters, I was having shoulder surgery in two days so I needed to have a car to get me to Silverdale. The service manager., Steve, not only got me a car to use to drive home, but also told me that he would bring my car back to Port Townsend and pick up the rental car. It took three days for the tires to be installed, and my car returned to me, but I can't be more pleased with the service that I received. Not only that, the price that was quoted for me was lower than the actual price, but they stayed with the quoted price and did not charge me more. This service goes beyond what one would expect and I am extremely impressed and wanted to let everyone know that Wilder Toyota is a very, very reputable and personable company.

I've done a lot of research online, but you never really know how a space is going to feel until you can walk inside it, open the drawers, and kick the tires (literally and figuratively). I'll admit I was a little hesitant upon entering, worried about pushy salespeople who wouldn't want to help me in this first, educational stage of my journey toward buying my own RV. I couldn't have been more wrong! My salesman, Trevor, understood my needs and accommodated them perfectly. He showed me some Class B's, then a couple of Class C's, and finally some travel trailers. He discussed the pros and cons of each, what you get for your money, etc. RV Country's lot is HUGE, and full of everything from the tiniest of teardrop trailers to gigantic Fifth Wheels and Class A's that are larger than my apartment! Trevor escorted my friend and I around on a snappy little golf cart, never hesitating to stop when we wanted to take a look at something. After our tour, he gave me some brochures and we traded names/numbers. When the time comes - hopefully by this summer - to buy my RV, I will definitely return to Paul Evert's and ask for Trevor!

We had issues getting our license plates, multiple phone calls and no effect by this office to help, just passed the buck to the Fife, WA office. Then we had a motor go out on the slide on our four month old RV while camping. It was stuck out and we couldn't retract it. They were unable to provide mobile service nor were the RV tech they suggested. We contacted Blade RV, they sent someone to help us at the campground. RV country told us they could fix the broken motor issue in FIVE MONTHS, Blade RV will see us within a week. I love the RV we bought, Grand Design has been great to work with, they will reimburse me for the repairs. But RV Country Service in Mt Vernon completely and total sucks!

Marc Plum told me they just took in a 2023 that had very little use so I purchased it. Thought they were very helpful but that's where it began. They information they provided was priceless. Devin Crawford spent between an hour and two hours explaining in detail every operation. We even took videos of the information. I learned how little I knew about the operation of a trailer and realized how horrifying it would be without learning all of the systems if I bought from a private seller and maybe other dealers. Went home to figure out my boat trailer lights and forward Liam photos (via email) of my lights as requested. He had me come down and bring my burnt out lights to verify the lights he had in stock would be suitable for my trailer. As they were suitable for what was needed, he blessed me with them for free and told to me to come back for anything else I may need. The world has shifted so much in such a short amount of time, and it's hard to find any type of positive costumer service. Seems like people have made it a habit of just moving cattle through. These guys are amazing and super helpful. I'll be recommending them any chance I get and when the time comes where I want to buy a camper or trailer... This review is for the service department:…read more I own a pop up camper. It's almost 25 years old. I took it to Apache (after considering other places). It needed lift maintenance and a couple minor parts replacements - which I knew about in advance. I was quoted a price which seemed entirely reasonable. The service guy, Alex, texted me quoting a price on the necessary parts. I guided him to a place online where the parts were significantly less expensive. He thanked me and sourced the parts there. They added no markup and completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time. At the end of the day I knew I was going to have to drop some coin on a repair that I was not ready to do myself. I actually spent less than I thought it would cost and feel like I got a really good deal for what I paid. I am having a hard time finding the words to express my relief at not being mislead or 'taken' by a service department...which sadly seems to be the standard. For pop up camper repairs, Apache did a fantastic, expedient and fairly priced professional job. Great communication and customer service too. Thank you Apache.
