Oscar answered all my questions about the issue with the AC unit and what was broken and options for repair. Freddy C and Renee came out and worked diligently to install a new AC and went the extra mile to trim some shrubs to make enough space for the outside unit. Later that day after they left I had to call to ask someone to come back because I was experiencing an issue with the auto shut off and Albert (? sorry if I got that wrong) answered and scheduled time for someone to come the next day. They then asked for full payment with no intention of installing the enclosure panels, which is why we requested a reduction in price. 2) They left without telling us and left BOTH DOORS of my garage open. We found our cat wandering the streets, thankfully not lost or dead, and no one broke in before we discovered the open doors. I gave them that feedback, and their reply was, "We didn't know you had a cat." I can only conclude based on their response that if you do not have pets, they think it is okay to leave your home open to the public. You get what you pay for.
