Dr. Summer James is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She was the first RE I saw when moving…read moreto San Antonio. She answered every single question I had in full detail...and trust me, I had a lot, some of them where off the wall what if questions and she never once made me feel stupid or as if I was a bother to her. I never felt like a number. I was known by name when I walked in the door! Now let me start on my actual treatments. My very first appointment was a consultation, and she did a ultrasound the same day so we could get the ball rolling. We found out I had a polyp, and she scheduled me for removal. After having my first HSG and suspecting my tunes were blocked and I was crushed, she was still optimistic, she scheduled me for surgery to see if it could be unblocked. It couldn't, and although I still had one tube, she advised that IVF would be best. Stem cycle...first off let me start by saying I was 28 when starting off, Dr James started me off on the normal dosage and while responded, my response wasn't what she wanted it do be, she gradually upped my dosage. I ended up with 28 eggs, 11 of the 28 were frozen at day 5 and 1 on day 6. FET#1 while it ended in a chemical, Dr James did a perfect cycle even while dealing with her own personal crisis, she never let me or any other patients fall by the way side. Fast forward to FET # 4 Dr James thought outside of the book, she never just once said well I don't know but let's just try this. She always took the time out to specialize treatment for me. I was allergic to so many things but she never gave up. I am now 23 weeks pregnant with twins!!! I am eternally grateful to Dr Summer James! I also recommended a friend to go see Dr James after having an unsuccessful cycle with another RE, Dr James was able to do the almost impossible, and my friend delivered a beautiful baby boy in February! I would recommend Dr. James over and over and over again with no hesitation. Even through my failed cycles Dr James was there! She never pressured me into anything, she always explained everything too me, explained her reason for why she was doing it and what the benefits were. I could go on for hours about how great she is. Forever grateful!

Other than her most professional skill, I appreciate the most is her friendly attitude. I always always feel close to her, and every time I see her, it calms me down. I know she gets this. From our first appointment, she has been nothing but patient. There is no stupid question for her. You can ask as many questions as you have and she will answer them one by one in detail with patient. She never rushes you out. We love her, she is my great doctor. and I definitely recommend her to anyone who need the service.

You are waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes to an hour, then another hour when they take you to the back. Let's not get started when you need urgent care, they basically say "oh sorry, I can't do anything unless you come into the office" ....wow great see ya in 2 months despite me needing URGENT care!!! THE WORST OFFICE EXPERIENCE!!!! So safe to say my 4 daughters and I will be transferring to another doctor!

The year I'm preparing to depart this city, I find an Ophthalmologist, a Dentist & GYN I like (still working on that PCP). Anyway, Dr. Osowo listened. She believes in Body Autonomy, so you're informed & involved in your decisions instead of just being told what you should do. I felt that if I needed something and was unreasonable she would be clear & direct protecting her license and helping you help yourself. Now...I won't say it's a fast in and out. The long waiting period was in the waiting room the 1st time I went but it was also a mid afternoon appointment. My follow up appointment, I scheduled the 1st appointment of the day and I was in and out. If you're looking for a great GYN, look no more.

I absolutely love Dr mitwally and his office. He always takes the time to answer all of mine and my husbands questions. His office manager is awesome! She helps you organize all your appointments and treatments. He even has a phlebotomist in the office so you don't have to go to a second location for labs. Average time spent in his office is 20 to 30 minutes. On the rare occasion of them being extremely busy I've been there at most an hour. He is awesome at trying to keep costs down especially cause most insurances don't cover infertility. I highly recommend him!

He has even offered to find me a new specialist in the area that I'm moving to. He is just an awesome person and a wonderful doctor. This office is highly recommended.

This past Monday was my second time at the Seven Oaks Women'z Center for my annual ob/gyn women's…read morehealth checkup. I came here for the first time last year in 2024 and was seen by Alex Fleming NP. She was really courteous and friendly. But I didnt feel like she was very thorough with my exam. When I asked if I could also have a breast ultrasound ordered along with my mammogram (because I mentioned to her that usually both have been ordered for me in the past when I was seen for OB Gyn services back in Los Angeles), she told me at the time that she didn't think a breast ultrasound was necessary and just ordered the mammogram. However, the physician who reviewed the results of my mammogram determined that I still needed a breast ultrasound because my breast tissue was so dense. So I ended up still having to do a breast ultrasound. But it became a bummer because I had to come back to STRIC imaging just for that as a separate appointment (which wasn't easy to make because STRIC appointments get filled up really fast), when I could have potentially scheduled both of them at the same time if they had been ordered altogether. For my subsequent annual OB/Gyn appointment in 2025, I decided to book Dr Nichole Mastro herself and was seen by her earlier this week. It can be really hard to get an appointment with her because she is a very sought-after OB/gyn, which is why I had to make this appointment at least a year in advance. I was willing to do this because I really wanted to be seen by a really good OB/Gyn who was more thorough. In regards to my women's checkup for this year, I was a lot more relieved and happier to be seen by her :D ! She was much more thorough in checking for lumps in my breast tissue, conducting my Pap smear as efficiently and as qualitatively as she could, and also in checking for potential abnormalities for my pelvic exam. She determined that everything was normal at this time and asked if I had any questions. As busy as she was, she really took the time to get to know me, especially since this was my first time meeting her and being seen by her in person. I didn't feel rushed at all. I asked if I could have a breast ultrasound ordered along with my mammogram, and she ordered both and acknowledged that it made sense to also do a breast ultrasound since I had really dense breast tissue, and also because I had a lumpectomy in the past. I went ahead and scheduled my next annual OB/gyn in 2026 with her. But this time, I had to schedule it in Dec 2026 (more than a year out) because she was already completely booked for Nov 2026. I feel like I am in much better hands now :D ! In regards to Dr Mastro's ob/Gyn services, and the courtesy and friendliness of the front desk ladies in regards to the check-in and the checkout processes, their services are 5 stars all the way :D ! However, I took off one star because the wait time was so long since it is an extremely busy clinic, even though I got to my appointment on time.
