I ordered the dress several months before the wedding, and it was way too big. It was also very long. The dress was strapless and A-line with a sheer overlay. The process was super easy and didn't take very long. We were greeted by someone almost immediately after walking in, and he was the same person who went through the whole rental/measurement process with us.
