On my birthday, I had a very disappointing experience. I requested an express pedicure at the front desk, but the nail technician performed a deluxe service without informing me. This resulted in a bill that was nearly double what I expected, with no prior communication or explanation. The front desk confirmed they wrote down the express pedicure price and were unsure why the technician would provide a service I did not ask for. Throughout my visit, the front desk staff seemed inattentive. They offered drinks to other clients in the area but bypassed me multiple times without asking. I had to interrupt my service to request water from my technician. Given these service failures, unexpected upselling, lack of communication, and neglectful customer attention, I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning. read more

Imagine showing a photo. They say they can do it. Then when in the chair the techs tell you they cannot do it the color you ask for when it's BLACK. THEN having the audacity to argue with me the color on my nails is black when it's clearly BROWN. HORRIBLE customer service and will not be returning for $160 to be treated this way. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. They made sure that I was comfortable, especially being new to the area. We all know it's hard to move to a new salon and find someone you trust to do your nails. I was so incredibly thankful to have found Tiffany. She paid so much attention to detail, took her time, and made sure that I was happy with the color, even offering to change it and provided me her suggestions as well. Regarding pricing, because I saw some reviews previously, all the additional charges are clearly labeled. For the quality of work that was done I don't mind spending a little bit extra, knowing that I'm going to be happy with the outcome, or knowing that they are willing to make it right. Love the customer service here but I do feel like they nickel and dime you for every little thing. I was charged $10 for "long nails", mind you these are my real nails, on top of paying an extra $20 for shellac. Again the customer service is great but be prepared to spend close to $100 for a refill after all the charges add up. Another thing, my 8 year old was charged for a regular medi-pedi because they said her nail beds were larger than small kids. They did end up discounting when I complained but kids should be charged as kids. read more

Review for 12/22/2025 Shellac polish chipped in 2 nails in less than 24 hours!!! I went back the next day (today) to fix them. Thankfully they did. I told Tracy, it chipped because she did not let the finishing clear top coat set properly for at least 30-60 seconds. She did it for 10-15 seconds only. She was trying to finish quick with my nails as there were a lot of customers waiting. I told her if she can put clear top coat on all my nails so they can set properly and prevent further chipping. She said absolutely not!! She can't do that. She only apologized and said "sorry busy day yesterday". It sure was a busy day, but that doesn't give you the excuse to not do a proper job. Great service!!! Vicky and Angel took care of my service today and I was very pleased. Angel did my pedicure and she took her time to make sure I left feeling light and pressure free, I am a runner and when it's time for a pedicure you know..... she did a great massage on my achy calves and ankles at the end that left me feeling light as a feather!!! Vicky was extremely meticulous with her work, from removing my old set and shaping my new nails, she took great care with the nail polish application and did an excellent hand massage as well. The nail shop is so clean and friendly. I love it. I got the $35 pedicure and shellac on my toes with a design on my big toes then I got a manicure with designs on eight fingers and even though they used pre-made gel-X press on nails in the coffin shape and glued them on my finger nails and designed them, it only cost me $180 plus a $17 tip! I had a great experience here. There have been many times that I've got to a nail salon with a picture only to be told that it couldn't be done. Ally and Susan did a wonderful job on my mani and pedi. Looked just like the picture. Initially, we couldn't figure out the pattern on my nails but it took Ally no time to troubleshoot and figure out just what needed to be done so that it looked identical to what I was asking for. Amazing! Beautiful place, very clean. One of the nail techs did one of the best jobs I've had on a manicure probably ever, and if not for probably over a decade when I used to go downtown. They really care about getting your manicure right. They have friendly staff ready to greet you when you walk in the door. They're fairly new so they have a pretty open schedule. However, people are already finding out that they're really good and one day. I walked in and they were already booked! So I would say definitely make an appointment. It's not going to be full every time, of course, but they are really great. Really strong start! Excellent service in a beautiful new nail salon that lived up to the high praises we were hearing. Prices reasonable for what you receive, impressive selection of colors, complimentary drinks and everyone was genuine and friendly. All four of the nail techs that worked on us ( we did mani/pedis) were highly skilled and excellent. Paid attention to detail and no trying to upsell us which we really appreciated. Citrus Bliss pedicure was wonderful with fresh ingredients. Real orange slices, orange juice and sugar scrub smelled wonderful and felt great. Highly recommend going. A basic French-tip manicure cost $110, which felt overpriced for the service received. My daughter was dropped off for her appointment and ended up paying $132 with tip--I'm not sure if she was overcharged or simply taken advantage of. I've had similar work done elsewhere for significantly less. I wouldn't recommend this salon, especially when there are other great options nearby that offer the same quality at more reasonable prices. read more

My last visit wasn't great. All of the nail techs that were top notch are gone. I was told Ally and Elena left because it was too far for them to drive, which I understand. I asked where the they techs went or their contact info but they wouldn't give it out which I understand why but I tried. I was told this one particular tech was of their caliber. I wanted a flower design which didn't go well. The tech tried and the manager came to translate and help the process. I ended up just requesting the tech do what she felt she was good at because I needed to leave to go out of town. I didn't like it and I had been there 3 hours. I thought I had finally found a close place with excellent techs who do excellent designs. If I need basic nails, I may return. I'm on the search again. read more
