I'm an avid escape gamer. This is a top notch haunted house, and a mid-average escape room. The puzzles are simple, if you've run an escape room before you can solve all of them quickly. The production experience is a little lacking. New groups will encounter the last group leaving the room, so you'll likely hear tons of spoilers and they talk about their favorite puzzles. They didn't reset the room properly, so there were clues out of order, and not available in the rooms they were intended for, but it didn't turn out to be an issue, because the puzzles were so easy clues were not needed. (Our host assured us that the solve rate for the room was 100%, so if you're looking to think hard you're in the wrong place) On the other hand, if you're into haunted houses, this could be a fun event. The actors and junp scares will get your heart rate up as you move through the house, and if you have children with you they might even scream. read more

First off this was my very first escape room, we did the Zoe experience. It was very intense, but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. V was super helpful answering all questions and made sure we all had a comfortable and enjoyable experience while still being scared. I've been to Universal Horror Nights many times and let me tell you, Andrew is 100% on that level! Honestly I think better because of his acting, I literally sprinted from this dude. Definitely a scary escape room, but really I had such a fun time. The story is interesting, the puzzles weren't too difficult, the atmosphere fit the story, and the staff were amazing. Been to a few escape rooms now and this was easily the most engaging and immersive even though at the time the only workers were V and Andrew. They did an amazing job preparing us for the experience and keeping us terrified the entire time. V was incredibly helpful throughout the process and set the tone well, while Andrew actually had our group hugging each other terrified while trying to escape. Ok this place deserves the 5 STARS .... WOW I always told everyone our favorite room was the basement... NOPE this is by far the best escape room we have ever been to. The fear factor is 10 so if u scare easy this place is not for u. But it was worth it. I have to admit that I wasn't expecting anything original or inventive but oh man was I wrong! My husband and I love escape rooms and haunted houses (we look forward to Halloween every year) and this room delivered on both fronts. My husband and I were very jumpy throughout the game. This led to us finishing 5 minutes over the time limit, but we still had a great time. The set and props were theme appropriate and the puzzles were seamless with the story. I especially enjoyed the way in which the hints were given out. No spoilers here though! Go check out this place out for a great time. Just be aware there are parts of total darkness, strobe light effects and jump scares galore. But it's all worth it. read more

I came here around early April and did the room, Zoe, with 4 other people. Once arriving there is a sign on the door that states to sign the waivers and then knock to be let in. Once you're let in the ambiance is already set for you as they lead you to a room where you are told to sit and wait, eventually, someone comes in and explains the rules, makes sure you're comfortable, and asks how you would like the scariness of the room to be from 1 - 10, we chose a 6. Even though it was a 6 it was still so scary, we were screaming, running, climbing, and jumping all over the place, and it was not just one room there were so many. Unfortunately, I cannot include photos as we could not complete the room, but it was still such a fantastic experience and I'll be sure to return soon. read more

Zoe: Reborn is hands down my favorite room I've done to date. Having done only about 20+ rooms, this room kills it when it comes to horror, suspense and immersion. Avi is a fantastic actor; after your first full on interaction with him, you'll be dreading knowing what else is in store. Andrew is also a major help in guiding you on your way through this horrendous experience; always knowing when you nudge you when you need it without giving anything away. I went into this escape room with high expectations between all the reviews and recommendations from my friends and I was really disappointed. I was told this would be super scary because of the pitch black rooms and the live actors, but we must have gone on a bad day. There was one actor, but he barely ever interacted with us. I was expecting hidden grabbing of ankles or shoulders but he would only come out between rooms. I wouldn't recommend this for more than 2-3 people because there is only one puzzle per room. Half the time I was just standing around with nothing to do. This definitely wasn't worth the $44 price tag. I've been to better escape rooms for $30 that were much scarier than this. read more

Get ready for an absolutely next-level escape room experience!!! Having done about ~50 escape rooms, I was coming into this experience thinking I knew what I was in for. Boy, was I definitely wrong! My initial thought when I pulled into the location was "this can't be THAT scary", but once our group was placed in the game, we could just not wait to get out! I love watching horror movies, and even though I am jumpy, I also like to do horror-themed events or games. Most experiences that I've encountered had some sort of element that took you out of the game, but Escapade had no such element and I was actually fearing for my life at certain points! It was so scary that it was even hard afterwards to just think back about what we actually did in the room. Seriously, if you have a heart condition, BE WARNED. The flow of the game was very natural (aside from throwing in so many scares everywhere). There were so many elements to puzzles that were unique and the theatrics were a thrill to be part of. The sequence of events made sense to the story, and the story played out in such a way that you were definitely part of it. The set design was so detailed and a lot of the ways that they handled their "solutions" were very elegant and discreet. I wish I wasn't so scared during the game so that I could just take a moment and admire the set and decorations. Aside from the experience being so unique and scary, the owners who run the business are very nice and welcoming. It was just fun to talk to them before/afterwards to hear about their story. They are new in the area but they are already making a name for themselves with such a fantastic full package experience they put together for the surrounding community. Overall: 5/5 If you love scary escape rooms, you have to do this. If you hate scary escape rooms, you have to get a group and still DO THIS ROOM. I've never experienced anything like this and I don't know if I will ever again. I don't know what other themes they will go from here, but I can't wait to see what they have and be there to play through it. Even though I'm pretty much done with writing the important things about this experience, I still want to say more. However, words on a page do not do any of this any justice. We (group of 6) did the Zoe: Reborn escape room and we unanimously agreed that it was the most cinematic and immersive escape room that any of us had done ever. Shout out to V as our walkie talkie person, they set the tone perfectly in the beginning and gave good hints throughout. And Joseph as Uncle Robert was absolutely insane. He was a phenomenal actor, and he must have an insane gym regime because he was jumping around and grabbing us like it was nothing. As someone who loves haunts and is beginning to get more into escape rooms, this was the happy medium I was looking for. The haunt element is built up by a solid storyline backed by a well played actor. Will did a great job of adding that horror aspect because of the building tension created by his presence whether heard or seen. You could never really be sure if he was lurking around a corner or ready to pounce at any moment. Darkness played a major role as the game begins with a minimal amount of vision. I loved this. Really being forced to utilize the light sources available made it that much more difficult yet amusing. This forced our team to communicate better compared to when we were in other mazes. The puzzles weren't the most difficult that I've encounter but that's fine because I was able to enjoy the decor without having to tear apart the scene to look for clues. Anastasia made very well we understood the parameters of how to find a clues or what should an shouldn't be manipulated in the environment. At times Zoe would chime in to make sure we found the next step in escaping the house or simply point out what secret was overlooked when a challenge was completed. This was linear in a sense but with how much darkness played a role in the rooms, it was extremely helpful. There wasn't back tracking so getting lost between rooms didn't occur either. Puzzle variance occurs as you aren't limited to only riddles, numerical solutions or word evaluations. I could go on to say how much I enjoyed Zoe. There's even incentive to return with new friends. I highly suggest this escape haunt and would gladly join any team that would like to experience this delightful haunting escape. read more
