Spinach artichoke dip and bottle of brut for mimosas

When I started this draft a few months ago, I originally had this at a 4 star review. I liked that they were super dog friendly, that I could just buy a bottle of bubbles for $19 with some orange juice, and I liked their redlands cheesesteak (minus mushrooms and aioli). It was a chill place for me to come and service was fine - you order at the front and go ahead and pay or keep your tab open. If you want anything else, you need to go back to the front. Pretty much get left alone by the staff, which I enjoy. However, today I did what I usually do, got a redlands cheesesteak, a bottle of bubbles with orange juice, and just read my new book for my book club with my pup next to me. They did originally make my cheesesteak with mushrooms, but took extra time to make me a new one and added a side of fries to compensate for the long wait since they had to make it twice. Cheesesteak was good as always once I got it. Bubbles were good with some juice. Still would have left a four star review at this point. Unfortunately, I was literally minding my own business sitting and reading my book with my pup when this couple next to me starts arguing. The angry older man waves his hand as he's yelling at his gf(maybe wife idk) and proceeds to knock over his gf's newly poured glass of beer which spills all over me, my book, and my dog. As an initial reaction, I did say "dude, wtf?" which I think is a normal reaction to having beer spilled all over me when I'm literally minding my own business in my own little book world. This guy literally decides to start screaming at me that he's "sorry" but my reaction is ridiculous and proceeds to call me a c*nt. Really great apology calling me that offensive term for women. I'm telling him not to call me that and he's the one that spilled beer all over me. He starts getting even more aggressive. At this point the guy behind the bar is telling me to leave and get away from the screaming guy. I've already started grabbing my stuff before he said that as me and my pup did not need to deal with this BS on our day off. I didn't even finish my cheesesteak or my bubbles - just left it all on the table. I tell the guy behind the bar that I didn't do anything wrong, I'm leaving anyways, but don't understand why they are letting this guy stay. He just says that he'll talk to me after I "calm down" away from the bar. So I walk away from the bar and he doesn't follow me. I literally have to go back to the bar and say "I'm ready to talk to beside the bar. are you coming?" He says okay. I walk over to the side and he walks over with me saying he "doesn't know what's going on." Doesn't even bother offering me a refund when he totally saw the whole thing go down. I ask for a refund because this is ridiculous and he does give it to me after I ask - still think it should have been immediately offered not waited til I asked. I tell him exactly what happened and he just says look, I'm not kicking you out, but how about you stay on the side over where the arcade is and the guy that screamed at me just stays where he is. I'm like, dude I don't want to be here anymore so I'm leaving either way, but I don't understand how you are just letting this guy that spilled a beer on me then called me a c*nt stay here. He says that he's probably gonna kick him out, but idk if he actually followed through on that as I just walked out. I'm severely disappointed in how this was handled and how unsafe this place made me feel - clearly they think the screaming white man is correct and the asian woman is just being hysterical. I used to come here all the time, but this one instance makes me never want to go back here again. I'm really upset how in today's world, this is the norm. That somehow, after being called a c*nt and having beer spilled all over me, I'm the bad guy? Never coming here again. Biggest disapointment of a brewery in Redlands.

What an interesting location! It was my first time here and I was very impressed with the decor and for it being super pet friendly. Every corner we turned, there was a furry friend! We came on a house music afternoon so there were like us of DJs. Everyone seemed to be having a splendid time either dancing and laughter. To start out time there, I ordered a hazy IPA (I forget which one) and my fiancee ordered the Sakura. Both were okay. Not the hoppiest or most crisp I've had. As for food, we ordered a house salad with lemon vinaigrette and some fries. We weren't impressed with the food or the drinks. I can always come back to try again, but it wasn't substantial and the food was subpar. I think I was more impressed with the gender-neutral restrooms. That was nice and clean, with multiple stalls available. The free WiFi was a plus. The servers weren't friendly but the beertenders were happy to pour.

Trigger Warning - Emotional but So Special My sister and I visited Escape for lunch and beer, we needed a break, having spent the morning with our dad who's on hospice and soon passing. Challenging day, and we were emotional when ordering, sharing with the beer-tender, Ryan, that we really needed beer and comfort food. My sister was both laughing and crying - IYKYK. He was so understanding, sympathetic, and treated us as if we were part of the Escape family. The food - wow! ‍ Banh mi was best I've ever had and I've been to Vietnam. We asked if we could substitute the fries for tater tots in the Paradise Loaded Fries, this really should be a regular thing!!! Great vibes, dog friendly, lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Huge thanks, it was a difficult day, but this brewery offered us the reprieve we needed. Can't wait to return!!!

Good selection of beers on tap. Food was pretty good. Large open space and outdoor patio seating. Plenty of TVs to catch a game. I'd definitely like to go back. Only issue is this place is pet friendly, which is a good thing, but I would hope they'd limit this to the outside patio. Unfortunately, dogs are allowed inside and everywhere throughout. I was sitting at my table having a meal trying to hangout and someone else's dog was sitting right next to me sniffing and jumping all over the place. The dog's cute but it's not my dog and I don't particularly want to be eating food where there is dog hair, dander and saliva flying all over the place.

Although very busy on a Friday evening, the wait times were not long at all and staff were all very helpful and friendly. The food was very good and I was told the drinks were not very expensive either. I really enjoyed the agave cream soda. I think this is a great place for unofficial larger gatherings.

Not sure who owns this place, but that person is clearly a perfectionist! I haven't seen this level of attention to detail paired with such a modern approach in a very long time. Beer, food, atmosphere, service - absolutely top-notch. Let me break it down: 1. The BEST craft brewing I've ever had!! I never liked flavored beers - I've always been more of a classic Belgian/Czech kind of person - but here I tried the Tropical Getaway and fell in love. 2. Even though they don't have a huge food menu beyond burgers and sandwiches, you can tell they pour their soul into it. The Holy Ravioli was especially amazing! Even the plating looks like it was designed by a perfectionist (or at least a very well-paid designer). 3. Their website is fantastic - super easy to navigate, no glitches, no broken buttons like you see with most places. 4. Surprisingly quick service for such a busy spot - our food was on the table within 7 minutes of ordering. 5. Incredible atmosphere - staff keeps everything clean without hovering or interrupting you with the classic "sooo how's everything??" while your mouth is full. Even the music is on point - Linkin Park and Nirvana were playing in the background. Loud enough to enjoy, but not so loud that you can't talk. 6. Lots of different ways to hang out - relax on the outdoor patio surrounded by palm trees, play games in the lounge, grab a high-top or sit down for a full meal. 7. Dog-friendly space. 8. They even support local shelters and traveling families - in the center of the room there's a TV showcasing adorable shelter dogs, and in a nearby space you can buy photos from a traveling family for just a symbolic price. 9. Prices are super fair for the quality and experience you get here. Honestly, I haven't enjoyed every single aspect of a place like this in a long time. It almost feels like they made it impossible to find anything wrong (and trust me, I usually love spotting a stray paper towel on the floor somewhere). This is one of those rare places you immediately want to come back to again and again. Highly, highly recommend!!

Heard about this place on social media and decided to check them out. Came here with a couple of friends. Love the decors upon entering the restaurant. A very good place to hang out with friends and enjoy their foods and craft beers. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Chips & Salsa and the Oriental Ave. Nachos. Both were so yummy. We had a great time!

Their food is delicious and the assortment of beers is awesome! The service is quick and the employees are helpful in explaining the menu. Came on a Sunday night with a group of friends and they had lots of seating inside and outside. I'd love To return to try other menu items.

Little big brewery in sunny Redlands that's equally people and pup friendly #OpenToAll is my kind of Brewery. Escape Craft Brewery is truly a hidden gem oasis in the Downtown Redlands area, next to/near J Riley Distillery, Las Cuentas (Mexican Bar & Grill) and LOOK Cinema on Oriental Avenue and a short stroll from the Redlands Downtown Metrolink. One thing you might enjoy about this too cool for school "ewery" is their food menu has suggestions for pairings via their star of the show drink menu. And the beer selection is huge! Being a SoCal Brewery in the IE, they definitely know how to craft. The Cheetah Teeth Hazy IPA is a ten out of ten. Crushin It Orange IPA is your friend and their signature ECB Lager is nice and easy. You can also explore their guest beers, wine selection and non abv items including rotiating non-alcoholic wine (Ariel, Shania) or non-alcoholic beer (Best Day Klosh, Three Weavers, etc). And essentials like a water station (self serve), Hop Water, Sparkling Yerba Mate, Tonic, Lemonade, Tea, Craft Sodas and Capri Sun!! If you're hungry you can enjoy powerful pizzas in both Detroit pan style and/or New York hand-tossed. Shareable Starters + Family Size like the crispy fries, chips & salsa, paradise loaded fries, hummus plate, fire roasted edamame & shishito peppers...plus a lot more options. Salads that are beyond reasonable as well as loaded up, including their house salad and seasonal fall salad, to name a few. Burgers, Clubs, Sandwiches of all sorts - though I was drawn to the Impossible Burger options here (see essential foodie pic) and those crispy great portioned fries (like so many) exactly what I needed for a day in Downtown Red. The food doesn't stop there as the offer a cool kids menu, furry friend menu and of course dessert (vanilla bliss, please). ECB is extremely vegetarian and vegan friendly offering non-dairy cheese options for practically everything, as well as a good amount of gluten free options. Ordering from your table makes customizing a little smoother, if you're like me and don't always enjoy "no this, add this" - plus it's fast! Free easy Wi-Fi (check the walls), loads of fun art, decor, local vibes, pinball machines, flat screens for all the sports and then some. They have tons of seating area on the patio in front before the entrance, an epic dining hall, bar seating, side dining area and even a back patio that's kind of magical, especially the later half of the afternoon going into the night/evening. Q Tips: Tasters/flights offered for enjoying of various styles (planning to try their blonde next trip here). Easy parking in a massive lot or a five to ten minute stroll from Metrolink (less frequency on weekends at the moment). Gender Neutral restrooms with share handwashing space next to several individual full lock door private single use rooms. Very modern, very functional and very clean. Check out their location in Orange County (in Laguna Niguel). And as they would say, " stay classy...and a little bit tipsy." Pretty much Escape Craft Brew all the way way! Cheers, to good times, good eats and great beer.

After I attended the Brewfest, I came here to get something to eat. The ambiance was very cool and holiday ready. You can either order up at the bar or at the table using the barcode. They have plenty of draft beers. You can even ask for sample, too. I ordered at the bar and received a pager. Once your pager beeps, you can pick up the order by the kitchen area. Plenty of tables throughout inside and outside. Ordered shareable appetizers to share: *Chips and Salsa - Delicious spicy salsa *Oriental Ave Nachos - This was amazing cruncyy dish. It contains crispy wonton strips, spinach artichoke, edamame, red onion, chives, carrots and with Ponzo sauce. *Stubborn Draft Cola

Five stars ***** We found a great place in Redlands. Not only for their brewery, or for their pizzas, but five stars for the atmosphere. 100% pet friendly. Dogs, cats, and even reptiles I believe. Very comfortable place in downtown Redlands.

We got the Get Shorty Detriot style pizza. It was delicious. The cheese that gets crunchy down the sides of the pizza with the ricotta on top. It was good. Lots of space to hang out with a group of people or even chill by yourself. Seating outside and dogs are welcomed in and outside. There are a ton of different drinks since their brewery is on site. Can't wait to try something new next time.

Fire roasted edamame and shishito peppers 5/5 If you like peppers, tofu, and edamame, this dish is on point.

Hi, I received an actual gift card for Christmas a few years ago and want to know if you still accept them?

    Im pretty sure they do.

    Do you still offer flights/tasters?

Yes! We can make a flight of tasters (5oz) customized to create your perfect Escape!

    Are kids welcomed?

Yes, absolutely! They even have a couple items on the menu designated as the kids menu. :) we take our kids with us often.

It would probably be best to call them and ask.

    Are dogs on leash allowed?

They have a nice size indoor and outdoor seating area for visitors. They are family and dog friendly. They have a new brew for everyone to discover and enjoy. My personal favorite is the Extra Red. I tried just about their whole menu over some time and at least half-a-dozen visits before deciding which one was my favorite. Moreover, if you walk in looking for a specific kind of beer, you might as well go pick that beer up at the store and stay out. This brewery is a place to experience and appreciate new beers. Many of their beers are IPAs, Ales, Pale Ales, and Blondes. Check out the picture of their menu to get a better idea of all that they have. Not to mention, they have very reasonable prices for their drinks compared to probably most breweries - so don't be a Sorry Sue and complain about how the prices for a beer is expensive and that only the soda is good - but you had the nerve to visit 10 times. Oh! Also, there is often an excellent food vendor there most nights, so you can get a meal with your drink. CHEERS!
