This place is known for their taco Tuesday. I can't remember if they're a dollar or two dollars each but they're definitely homemade yummy tacos worth the price and extremely affordable on Tuesdays. This place used to be great, nice lil dive bar. But it is a hit and miss. Sometimes there is someone to order drinks and food, sometimes the bartender is ur only option for the whole place... so you will wait, not get food for an hour, missed items.. no fault on them but maybe the owners can not slave work one person.. read more

Was recommended this place by a friend, went in last Friday and had Araly as our waitress. She had an attitude right off the bat and was beyond rude the entire time we spent there leading us to feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. On top of that Araly's service was extremely slow. A shame because food, drinks and overall atmosphere were good and it seems like an enjoyable spot, but likely will NOT be returning if that's the kind of service I can expect from here. read more

This visit like every other Food per usual was very Sub par it was a Kate lunch so my patty melt was not cooked as asked it was dry and tasteless no sauce my onion rings were completely burnt I asked for iced tea but the waiter said they ran out ?!? My Husband's food took so long to come out i was almost finished with my meal. The waiter said he was the only one there serving. ?? Why was my question? It is that way everytime I have visited.. My girlfriend was in the hospital across the way and I had not eaten in days, my mother offered to bring me food, she saw this place was near by and I found they had what looked like a decent menu. I asked her to get me a Canyon Bacon Cheeseburger and a loaded baked potato. This "loaded baked potato" is the saddest most disappointing thing ever.. dry, not edible and gross to even look at. The cheeseburger was not any better. I ate the onion ring off of it. Then went back to eat just the patty, I took one bite of the meat and threw up, the flavor was awful and not cooked well. This was supposed to be my first solid meal after a really trying time and it was beyond disappointing, the hospital staff was nice enough to give me a pb n j sandwich which got me through the evening. Great local place with good specials. It's very unassuming when you drive by. I drove up and saw the parking lot was full so I thought there would be no tables available but it was huge inside with tons of seating. We visited in the evening. Jenny was our bartender initially and she was great. We closed out our tab with Jenny when her shift ended. The next bartender was a younger man wearing an LA baseball cap backwards. Before he came on, the jukebox was playing a relaxed, chill mix of music. Once he took over, he changed it to rap music with explicit language, which completely shifted the vibe of the bar. We ordered one drink each from him and then asked for our tab. He disappeared behind the bar for about five minutes. When he returned, he appeared impaired and acted as if we had never ordered drinks. After we reminded him, he made the drinks and brought our tab -- but charged each of us for three drinks. When we questioned the charges, he responded, "Am I tripping?" and then corrected the bill. I have been going to Taylor's for over 30 years, and this is not the first issue I've had with this bartender. I miss the days when Joyce and Janie were bartending. We visited this place on Valentines days because I googled steak specials. I hate Valentines day I think its lame but my wife deserves not to cook that Day. So we went for lunch we both ordered the steak it was perfectly cooked, my wife's lemon drop was awesome. The waitress even gave us a complementary lemon bar since she figured my wife liked lemon. There's such a great and diverse community that frequents through, paired with the best service, there couldn't be a better restaurant to spend your time. Our server was named Melinda and she gave us one of the worst restaurant experiences... extremely slow to take orders, extremely slow to bring the order, extremely bad experience overall. I would not recommend. Since being a "family friendly" restaurant it was more a bar setting than anything. Cigarette smoke lingering inside and out, old people having drink after drink laughing the night away. I felt very uncomfortable walking in let alone sitting down and having a bad service with my family and children. Food was extremely mid grade and extremely expensive. Most unwelcoming place Ive been to. We walked in and bar keep told is a server would come take our order, then she (redhead youn girl) came and said she was done taking tables for the night- that wasn't the case we observed. We were invited by one of our friends in the group so hesitantly we stayed but was definitely an awkward most unwelcomed feeling. Maybe POC just not welcome here, but in any case I figured a business would want money. At the end we finished our round and snack and left somewhere else. I will say the tater tots were very good, it's just too bad we weren't welcomed there AT ALL. And we'll definitely never be going back . read more

If you've read my reviews, you know I have to be gluten free. Taylor's did not disappoint. Most of the people who work there didn't just wake up and say, I'm going to work at Taylor's today, so they know their food and ingredients. Special shout out to the Lady at the bar on rib night who went to the kitchen and made sure the bbq sauce and spices were gluten free and made sure my order didn't include bread. I felt very taken care of. Also Jeremy who makes a great LIT and made sure my bunless burger didn't contain the fried onion ring. We have been there on Taco Tuesday and one night after working 12 hours I stopped in before going home and downed 4 tacos, they were so good and brought some back for the hubs. That was a nice end to the night! Also rib night is so good, the meat just falls off the bone. Almost as good as the ribs my husband makes! We've been on steak night, my husband enjoyed his rare steak, my medium steak was too chewy. Oh well, I'll get something else next time. We look forward to brunch there some time. For a dive/biker bar, it's not too rowdy, just a nice mix of people enjoying a drink and some nice food. read more

Pass by and it is always packed so we decided to see what it was all about. Super dark old fashioned type of bar, very clean and comfortable. The food was better than expected, get the tots no matter what you order! You're welcome! The cocktail I had was right on point! They have a full bar and lots of beer on tap!
