I get massages pretty regularly (refuge, Monterey plaza etc), and this was one of the best I've had. Adrian had that perfect balance of pressure--strong enough to actually make a difference, but never crossing the line. He checked in a couple times without breaking the flow, and targeted the areas that have been tight. Easily a 10/10 and I'll definitely be booking with him again. As for the facilities, the staff were super welcoming and professional and everything was insanely clean/well maintained. My wife had a massage at the same time and her experience was the same. It's great to have a place in Santa Cruz at this level as I'm over driving to Monterey/Carmel for an amazing massage.

She really educated me about my lashes and told me that I needed my real lashes to breathe and take some time to have my real lashes grow as well giving suggestion of what kind of eye lash serum to use. I appreciate her honest feedback and letting me know she may not be able to do my lashes if it balding and how my previous eye lash technician didnt even tell me how my lashes were or the kind of state it was. She didn't even tell me my real lashes were damaged and frail that she just kept putting the extension on top of my baby hair that were growing. Kelley was a life saver because if that would have continued I wouldn't have anymore lashes and will be balding, she really cares about her client and quality of her work.i really appreciate her honesty instead of just caring about making money off of me.
