We did the outbreak room and it was really fun! There was a good flow to the clues and opportunities for several people to solve puzzles at the same time, which we appreciated. Our guide Brynne was very helpful when we got stuck. I do feel like we almost got too much help as we were given clues pretty soon after we got stuck. Would definitely like to try the other rooms, maybe using less clues. read more

We did "The Theatre" and it had a really fun underlying movie theme with some props that I could have spent the whole time just looking at. Our host Bryan (with a Y!) was awesome and had the perfect amount of enthusiasm. You can tell he loves his job. This is a great experience!! Must do if you find yourself in or near Chandler. read more

My parents and brother came into town to visit AZ this past Labor Day weekend. We were looking for a fun activity we could together for a family of 6. We decided to try an Escape Room for the first time and so glad we did. "Escape the Room" was perfectly located at the Chandler Fashion Mall and was next to restaurants, movie theater, and small shops. The staff was great and our game master was excellent! It was a lot of fun and we definitely had lots of great memories. So glad we did it and will definitely be back again. read more

Very good experience, great location. Checkin was easy and on time, staff was friendly, the room was well done with no technical issues. The staff made it challenging but at the same time gave us hints when needed to make sure that we had a decent chance at completing the room. If anything they could have made it a little more difficult, but this is highly subjective. Great experience - we will be back! read more

We did the clock tower for my son's 13th bday. He and his friends enjoyed themselves. We figured out most of the clues on our own but Alex, our clue master did help when we were stuck. The room was challenging but not extremely difficult. The only weird thing is there was no logic to figuring out the clues- it was a kind of free for all. When we arrived they let us know they were about 20 min behind schedule which was fine as my group of teens kept busy with the games in the waiting area. My only negative experience was the customer service with our clue master he seemed annoyed and rushed, towards the final clues one of the gadgets wasn't working for our final clue even though we had figured it out and because they were already behind schedule they could not take the time to fix it. read more

What a fun experience we had there. Got a group of tattooed hooligans together to have a bit of fun Tuesday night and decided to give the new place a try. It was my first experience ever doing an escape room while some of the group do them all the time. Dj was our host for the clock tower room. It's brand new so they ran on to some technical difficulties while dj was left there alone and we could tell DJ was getting a little frazzled but she did an amazing job and made it to where we will for sure be back she gave clues when we needed them and took charge like a natural leader when the room went down. All and all we had an amazing fun experience and we will be back. DJ keep your head up kid you did awesome and made our time there awesome. Someone give this kid a raise she deserves it. read more

We just ventured out after quarantine and had a wonderful time escaping the puppet room. The social distancing and safety measures, along with the amazing staff, means that we definitely will return to escape the other rooms. read more

The Clocktower was the WORST room I have ever done. I have done somewhere between 20-30 games and that was by far the worst. Great ideas but the clues and puzzles were hard to the point that they didn't make any sense or were not able to be figured out logically. Our game master was so insanely bad at his job. He gave us no clues for the first 15 minutes which i didn't mind but then started to tell us the answer to every clue even ones we had already solved, proving that he was not paying attention. He must have given us 15+ clues in the span of 10 minutes even after I asked him to let us figure it out on our own. Parts of the room were broken so he ended up telling us the answer. the puppet theater was awesome so it is so sad to see how poorly developed this room was. read more

My wife and I got out of our movie and walked past Escape the Room and decided to go inside and see if they had room for an upcoming game. We are so glad they did. This escape room is very well put together and the puzzles were difficult but not in a bad way. Our game master Alex was amazing and kept us going when were stuck for too long. The very nice girl at the front desk (I forgot her name) was very helpful at picking the correct room. We chose the Clock Tower which is the medium difficultly and felt that we made the right choice. read more

Place looked clean and everything was organized where it needed to be. The problem is that the simulations they had in the room I was in, was so out dated and I felt bored not even going to lie. I thought it was going to be more exciting. Dont even let me begin with how high the prices were. The prices were high and in my opinion it wasn't worth it read more

We did the Theater escape room and it very clean and the room was excellently staged. However as soon as we started there were way too many false leads. And when we typed in a code to an object it would be a while before it opened.Also the clues did not flow into each other and the story was not incorporated in the clues. The clues were sloppy and they did not make any sense. Next the cluemaster did answer requests for help until after we solved the puzzle. When we finished I was very confused because it seemed like there was more to the room. Additionally the cluemaster had to come inside the room to hand us certain clues. Overall this was one of the worst escape room I have ever done. So I hope they they change this room because it has a lot of potential. read more
