I came here to get my purse cleaned after an accident (a glass of coffee was spilled and everything went inside my purse). I am concerned for mold and stain since I have a light lining. I was referred to them and I wasn't disappointed. They did a very good job cleaning it and making sire the stain is gone (like it never happened) I even got my purse moisturized. The owner wasn't very nice my first time I brought my shoes in but the man who worked for him was very kind. When I came back to bring more pairs in to be repaired I caught him in a lie so his way of dealing with that was to refuse service and walk away as I was speaking. I called him on the phone as to speak to him and he started using a loud and nasty tone with me when I had questioned him on what turned out to be a lie. He was on a phone call on his EarPods while this when on so maybe he was pissed they heard. I wish he weren't the owner because the other man was nice. These guys or guy did a great job on repairing 2 of my bags. A Gucci and a Balenciaga. These 2 bags are the ones I use daily. Just throw it over my shoulder and get on with the day kinda bags but still... they ain't cheap. When you spend thousands on just one bag and it gets damaged, it still kinda stabs you in the heart a bit. My Balenciaga bag had a tear in the leather and my Gucci the handles were just worn in. He made them look like there was nothing there to fix. Couldn't be happier. Had them finished in a week and texted me a picture to get my approval before repairing them. Escobar's current owner purchased the business about two years ago, and the work he does is quality. I have taken my Louboutin's, Joie, Nina Ricci, and rubber Valentino rock stud sandals to him, and he's been able to re-sole, re-condition, re-stud them all. A few pairs of my Louboutin's needed all around reconditioning plus new soles (he uses Vibram), my cat had shredded the feather detailing on my Nina Ricci boots (he removed it from both), and my Valentino's had a lot of the studs missing, which he matched and put back on.
