Called them just before the end of their business hours, and appreciated them taking the time to set up an appointment for the next day. Free estimate! They texted me when they were on their way with a picture of the Jesus, the technician- a nice touch. Jesus diagnosed the issue as a burned out motor that was overworked due to a broken garage spring. He shared some options to repair and was able to install new springs and opener in an hour and a half. Once completed, he took time to set up the home link on our cars and explain how the door and accompanying app works. He even went through and lubricated the different door parts of the garage door. The drive guide was loose so I called and they sent Jesus! He was prompt, courteous, well dress and professional. I've had my door serviced before and it was in pretty good condition otherwise. After he inspected everything he commented on how old my motor was but that it was in good shape still working.
