Jesus was extremely helpful -- he answered all my questions about roller upgrades and provided clear quotes both with and without the upgrade. Called them just before the end of their business hours, and appreciated them taking the time to set up an appointment for the next day. Free estimate! They texted me when they were on their way with a picture of the Jesus, the technician- a nice touch. Jesus diagnosed the issue as a burned out motor that was overworked due to a broken garage spring. He shared some options to repair and was able to install new springs and opener in an hour and a half. Once completed, he took time to set up the home link on our cars and explain how the door and accompanying app works. He even went through and lubricated the different door parts of the garage door.
