I am writing this review because I am genuinely disappointed by my experience and want to warn others before they spend their time and money here. On 5/25/26 at approximately 2:30 PM, I attended this business for an appointment. The first employee assisting me, a woman with light/blonde textured hair, immediately came across as rushed, impatient, and frankly uninterested in providing decent customer service. The interaction felt cold and uncomfortable. Despite the poor experience, I decided to give the business another chance because I truly wanted to see whether they carried the dress I had been looking for. I scheduled a second appointment hoping things would improve. Unfortunately, they did not. I returned on 5/26/26 at 2:30 PM and was assisted by a different employee, a woman with short black hair. While she may not have intended to be outright rude, she was far from helpful or welcoming. From the beginning, the atmosphere felt tense and oddly accusatory. She repeatedly expressed concern about dresses being damaged and made comments implying customers could ruin merchandise if not supervised. Most uncomfortable of all, she insisted on remaining inside or extremely close to the dressing room area during the fitting process. I completely understand businesses protecting their inventory. That is reasonable. However, there is a professional, respectful way to do that without making paying customers feel distrusted, monitored, or like they are somehow a problem before they've done anything wrong. The overall tone of the appointment felt less like dress shopping and more like being watched under suspicion. Shopping for an important dress should be exciting, welcoming, and memorable for the right reasons. Instead, I left feeling dissatisfied, uncomfortable, and honestly horrified by how awkward and unprofessional the experience had become. I have visited many boutiques and bridal/formalwear establishments where staff manage expensive inventory professionally while still treating customers with kindness, dignity, and warmth. There is a clear difference between attentive service and hovering, dismissive behavior. At the end of the day, I learned a lesson: sometimes the "discount" is simply not worth sacrificing customer service and professionalism. I would personally recommend considering a reputable boutique instead, where employees understand hospitality, communication, and how to make customers feel valued rather than inconvenienced. This experience left me disappointed, and I hope management takes customer feedback seriously because there is significant room for improvement in professionalism, training, and overall client treatment. read more

Saint Alexis Bridal is amazing and I recommend to any bride looking for their dream dress! After going to 4 other appointments around LA I was feeling very defeated bc a lot of places don't carry inclusive sizing. Being a more curvy midsize shape and literally being told that I could not fit into many of the dresses that I liked at other bridal shops made me very weary to go dress shopping again. Then I happened ti walk by Saint Alexis purely off of good vibes I felt. Let me tell you!!! They had exactly what I had imagined in my mind AND the dresses all zipped up and fit me enough to truly see how I felt in them. Karla made me feel so cared for, beautiful, and special. I ended up coming back a couple of hours later to show my friends and she accommodated me to try on my 2 favs again. Girls! The way I sobbed when I put on THE dress. I've never felt so beautiful in my life. The next day, I talked to Sujey about an issue with my card for the deposit and she was so kind and helpful. They have a lot of selection. It's better to make an appointment, if you walk in they have a sale rack you can choose from without appointment and the value is reasonable. Sometimes the perfect dress isn't where you expect it--it's where you're treated with care and feel truly welcomed. Not a fan. Walked in, were poorly greeted, and made to feel like a burden because we were rushed along. We showed our inspo and mentioned we were flexible. 1. She kept calling the inspo pic "simple" (it's a modern clean, no lace or beading), which IS less flashy but mixed with her tone and body language on top of the repetitious reminder of how "this is such a simple dress.... oh we don't have dresses that simple... simple..simple...simple..." didn't sit well with me and ticked me off. I get it- it's not your cup of tea, however, the delivery could've changed the whole vibe. 2. After showing their limited options of the style I was looking for, we asked to look around to get more inspiration and were given a cold and hesitant response. She mentioned we would have to be escorted around the store... as if we were to attempt to run out with their dresses. Girl, please- we didn't drive over an hour not to spend money. We also understand that's your policy but once again, its the delivery of responses to our requests. Simply put, if you don't know how to talk to people and read the room- maybe customer service isn't for you. We ended up walking out and down the street to Anita's Bridal and had a polar opposite experience, where we ultimately found the perfect dress. I showed her an inspo pic and she was able to show me a few dresses as well as introducing different style options to me. It was my first bridal store experience ever and they made it memorable. They made the try on process fun all while making us feel comfortable. I felt like I was hanging out with my cousins and just having a good time. The young lady that helped me try on the dresses was really kind and honest, which I personally appreciate. My review is a couple weeks late but I wanted to make sure I shared my experience so that others can check out this store and find their dream dress. I came in April 4th, we were greeted very nicely by a beautiful lady with blonde hair. Without us even having an appointment she asked me what kind of dress I was looking for and said to feel free to shop around and let her know if I was interested in any dress. I wasn't expecting to try on dresses especially because most bridal stores are by appointment only and so when I found a few dresses and asked if I could try them on she was super accommodating she helped me narrow down what I wanted. I ended up trying on 3 dresses. I got the whole dress shopping experience that I always imagined, and I said yes to the dress . This experience couldn't have been good though if it wasn't for the positive energy that the women at the store had The dress was worth the price tag, and like I said the quality of the gowns are amazing and unique. Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because Sujey made me feel very comfortable while trying on dresses asking what I liked and didn't like. On the other hand the older senora with corn husk hair was rude as hell to my mom. They have a small rack next to all the other racks of dresses my mom was looking at them and rudely she said oh no , don't touch those leave those there! We all literally just started at her. Tried on 3 dresses and just wanted to leave. The lady left a sour taste in my mouth after talking like that to my mom. After that experience, I would never purchase here. She needs to learn proper ways to talk to people maybe say "I'm sorry, these aren't available". Also maybe a new hairdresser with that orange blonde fried up hair. Oh and let me add to that as well , you told us NOT to sit in the other chairs as it was for another party (nobody else was in the shop). Only reason 1 star is taken off is they don't allow strollers near the fitting room so my toddler was running around everywhere while I tried on the dress and my best friend chased her around while holding my infant baby. This is based on stumbling upon the shop and my customer service experience. We were walking around in between appointments for other shops and walked in and met Sujey( apologies if it was misspelled) she greeted us told us a little about the shop which had beautiful gowns and some styles that I had my eyes on but had not seen anywhere else. I asked if they had any availability that day and the time they had was in the middle of our next appointment. We tried to go in early but unable to. After some close calls at CocoMelody we called and asked if there was anyway they could squeeze us in and they said yes! We were greeted by Karla and surprised to know some dresses were already pulled for me based on what I had mentioned to Sujey earlier in the day. I found a dress that was my number 1 at another store but better and with button details all down the train. She was sweet, informative and gave me the information for the dress. Although I didn't say yes this day, it was a great experience They don't allow pictures in store so keep that in mind when you go in. I'm not sure why but she was nice enough to give me the reference number for the dress. read more

Carla and Sugey saved my wedding dress shopping experience. I was in downtown LA (May 2021), leaving a bridal appointment, and my mom suggested that we randomly pop in to see if something caught my eye before heading back to the car. When we walked in, a dress caught my mom's eye and asked if there were any available appointments for the day for me to try the dress on. LUCKILY, Carla just had someone cancel and had 30 minutes before the next appointment. This was when I was first introduced to how productive and efficient Carla was. My mom and I expressed the details we liked about other dresses and the look we were going for. Carla brought us a few dresses outside of the one my mom picked out so that I could try them on. While in the dressing room, I was able to privately undress and was given a robe to change into. After I was in the robe, Carla came in with each dress to assist me with getting into them and clipping them so I can see how the dresses would look fitted to my shape. We excitedly decided on the dress that my mom saw on the way in. When I returned for my fitting, I was worried because I was now swimming in the dress due to my weight loss. Carla told me not to worry because Sugey had an eye for alterations. With their suggestions to the tailor, the tailor took my dress in 3 inches in the bust, hips, and waist area! In the end, I was extremely happy with how the dress fitted at my final fitting and on the day of my wedding. The only suggestion I would give is to improve the appointment-making/scheduling system. My appointments were not recorded after I made my appointments over the phone. I am thankful to Sugey and Carla for working with us through the scheduling mishap. read more
