BUYERS AND SERVICE BEWARE! Worst place to do business with…read more Had my vehicle repaired at there service center. Paid over $3000 dollars in repairs to have my vehicle stolen from. They stole all my spare change, a spare gun clip with bullets in it, my jacket, some usb flash drives with important files on them and numerous other things. On top of that i found cocaine residue all over my black leather seats. Tried to speak with the manager to see what they could do for me. They wanted me to pay them to review there cameras and basically 86'd me off the premises for wanting to file a police report. If you use this shop please remove everything from your vehicle. even the little things that aint worth much because they will be stolen. And the management team wont help you find out who took or what happened to your belongings.

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! They lack business ethic! I purchased a New 2017 GMC Terrain vehicle…read morefrom Deb Sammons which needed to be transported to CA. When the vehicle was delivered it reflected pre-existing damage which was acknowledged by Jessica on the transporter's bill of lading, missing items for options purchased and submitted insufficient funds to CA DMV. So disappointed in their ignorance and lack of educating themselves. I had to provide Margaret Valencia a CA DMV link so she could educate Jessica and herself in the matter and I don't sell cars for a living, THEY DO!!! Now they are refusing to repair the car or should I say they want to pay New Mexico prices in California. They have a body shop on site and could have saved us all the inconvenience and the emotional distress!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST OR LOOK OVER YOUR CONTRACTS!!!!

After getting spurious quotes and unnecessary recommendations from multiple shops, we found Expert…read moreAuto Repair & Service honest, prompt, reliable, and exceptionally user-friendly. Our family recently purchased a 2017 US-made runabout with short of 100k miles for twin 15-year-olds to learn to drive and get around town and relieve their mother of taxi duties in the long run. It needed quite a bit of work to bring it up to snuff, though the base vehicle is still solid and has a lot of life left in it. We did some of the cosmetic and easy stuff (replace sun visor, engine air filter, cabin air filter, change oil) done ourselves, got the used-car dealer to fix the front sub-frame that was bent and out of alignment), and postponed some longer-term work (brakes eventually will need new pads in the rear). But this 1.8L "interference" engine will be destroyed if the timing belt fails, and they recommend replacement every 100k miles, so we asked this shop to put replace the belt, water pump, and thermostat so the twins won't have to deal with catastrophic engine failure when on the road as new drivers. They not only did that and replaced the rear struts (leaking) with the new ones I had shipped to us, but they did it in around a day of shop time. The car was ready far sooner than we expected, and everything was in perfect order. This shop is also part of the network the used car dealer employs for its own warranty work, so the car is covered in case anything unexpected turns up in the next year. Top marks!

This has got to be the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD at an auto mechanics shop…read more I was traveling through Sante Fe with a friend when her engine light went on. We looked for a place to get the jeep looked at and this auto shop answered right away and said we could bring in the vehicle then and there. I was shocked. Too good to be true. Tony was not only professional but knowledgeable as well...he fixed it right away. I would rate this the best auto shop not only in Sante Fe but New Mexico as well. Thank you so much again Tony You are appreciated beyond words.

I have been to Garcia Tires - the one on highway 285 between Santa Fe and Española - three times…read more Twice it was to replace a tire on our small sedan; the other time was to get a tire replaced on a small cargo trailer. Each time, the office person was business-like - no wasted time, because they're busy and so am I - but still welcoming. Each time, the guys doing the tire work were efficient. I thought, on the first occasion, I would need to buy two tires; the tire man pointed out that the tire was quite readily repairable, so we did that and saved me a lot of money. They also made sure to check the tire pressure on my other tires as well as the spare tire. I am highly satisfied with this Garcia Tires shop.

Maybe come here if your car is from the 90's or older . I took in my 2009 bmw328i and they did…read morenot rotate the tires after they charged me for it! Took it to Garcia tires in Santa Fe and they charged me for Rotation again! The reason I know is one of the tires had a leak and dent on the rim. And it stayed in place.. and the sensor on the vehicle shows me which tire has low pressure. So They didn't bother to rotate them twice but still charged me. Also they didn't not correctly change my oil filter it puked all over my motor while driving away. Waste of time and money and they don't have the knowledge. They literally told me they had to google it online to figure how to change the oil filter and reset the vehicles warning lights... I now change my own oil and only take my vehicle to be aligned and balanced in a different PROFESSIONAL shop. To top it off I sat in their lobby for an hour and a half while googled how to work on my car I was only one of two customers in there the whole time. All they did was change the oil! $80 + I change it myself now at $35
