American Breakfast (Sausage, Over Easy Eggs) Ham & Cheese Croissant
Billy K.

Tried this place out for breakfast only to use up the food & beverage credit from staying as a Diamond member at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills this restaurant is attached to. Service was impeccable as expected from a restaurant like this, with waiters checking in at just the right times to calling you by your names when they do check in. The American Breakfast was surprisingly very well done, as I was expecting a run of the mill breakfast plate, but what I got was very well seasoned potatoes, a great pair of sausage links, and perfectly cooked eggs. The ham & cheese croissant was a hefty portion and had a good amount of melted cheese draped over the ham. Both dishes were fantastic. The ambiance is still a little too stuffy for my tastes, especially for breakfast, but it comes with the territory. Pricing also is high, but again, it's to be expected.

Delicious breakfast Bagels and lox and avocado toast with poached egg. Bloody Mary and mimosas were excellent.

Breakfast done well with impeccable service. Quite pricey though. Beautiful setting and ambiance. You just feel rich and luxurious sitting here.

Great breakfast and great service. Will certainly be back. The breakfast vibe is very nice.

Service is excellent, attentive, and the food is really good! I think each chef who made your dish brings it out as different chefs brought my apps, dessert, drinks, etc. I never got to dine here when it was Jean George sadly. I had stayed here at the Waldorf Astoria while it was here, but I was only here for 1 night so I dined on the rooftop for the better view. Not sure why they changed it to Esplette, but I wonder if part of the reason was if you sit on the patio it is LOUD because of the traffic. Just pm the other side of the wall is the street. This might explain why they also keep the music volume a smidge louder than it needs to be. Also, WHY is a non alcoholic drink $12!!! I got a Shirley Temple. All the food I ate tonight was chef's kiss. I would def order all the dishes again. I got salmon carpaccio, watermelon feta salad, langoustine which was cooked PERFECTLY and the tiramisu. During my stay, I will def be eating here again & trying other dishes.

Ora King Salmon - 5/5, crispy skin on top and moist with well paired mushrooms and white wine butter sauce

Food - High quality, cooked with attention to detail Service - Very attentive, quick to remove plates and refill glasses, everything done with a smile on their faces Ambiance - Beautiful interior, high ceilings, and quiet, great for a drink at the bar or a relaxing dinner

Had an amazing dinner, with huge thanks to server Simaran (sp?) for going far beyond even above and beyond. Seriously, even by Waldorf standards, she shone. My other half is very sensitive to spicy food, and the bar snacks apparently had cayenne pepper. No problem, she came back with a plate of additional snacks and a large bowl of unspiced nuts. Mind blown. Had a lovely glass of Riesling on their patio (gorgeous summer night), followed by dinner in the restaurant. Simaran was the perfect blend of attentive without being intrusive. Everything was smooth, and nothing was a problem. Had a lovely salad, and a great salmon. Tab was surprisingly reasonable. Always a good to be at the Waldorf, and tonight especially so. Thank you!!!

We usually come to the Waldorf Astoria for the rooftop lounge. We decided to give this restaurant a shot but what a disappointment. The quality of the food was not great at all. The service was good and I wish the food will leave up to the expectations. Price is on the higher side, too bad it didn't match with the quality of the food. Had to try it out, but won't come back that's for sure.

This is an incredible place, hands down one of the best restaurants in LA and I have been to many. The food is a true art, all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality. The service is excellent and the music band that they have creates an incredible ambiance!

A small restaurant located inside this plaza in Beverly Hills that you would never know about unless someone told you. Every time I've been, the waiters, service and management have been so nice and come check on you constantly. There are several sections in the restaurant (I think 3 but I could be wrong), but we've dined in the main room which has a retractable ceiling for when it's too sunny out, they have a bar area that has a small little lounge section in the back of it, and it looks like there may be another section that I haven't been to. The place definitely gives off those Latin vibes and you feel it once you arrive. As for the food, my boss ordered appetizers for the table, which were shrimp tacos, flautas, and empanadas which were all very good! My favorite were the flautas with guac. For my main dish I went with the Chilean sea bass with a side of broccolini and rice. That sea bass was phenomenal! It had a nice sweet glaze on it with a very slit crisp texture on the top. One of the best! The Hideaway goes down as one of my favorite spots in Beverly Hills and I highly recommend checking it out. OOOOO 5 out of 5 Afros

Nothing was bad at all, just not quite as memorable as I expected. The drinks, however, were fantastic. I'm not much of a drinker, but I ordered a martini and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly made. Also, the coffee I happened to order a latte and no joke one of the top coffees I had. Lots of nice photo spots. I would love to come during the day and try their brunch. Between the vibe, the attentive service, and the great cocktails, we had a really fun night. We had the option to sit outside but the sun was beaming with no shade in sight lol. I was bummed that there wasn't air conditioning. We went during dinela so we got appetizers, main dishes and dessert. For starters, we got the guacamole and the barbacoa quesadilla. The quesadilla was fire! Another 14 of 'em! I ordered the fish tacos and my friend ordered the barbacoa tacos. We shared those. Loved the fish tacos. The barbacoa tacos, not so much. They were really dry. I assumed they would be just as good as the quesadilla but they weren't. That's okay the churros made up for it. They arrived so warm and crispy. The service was pretty good, my one critique was that the waiter brought out dessert before we were completely finished with our entrees. I only made this point because my friend ordered the sorbet and if you recall it was humid so she had to start eating it or it would begin melting. I would probably go back on cooler days because I wasn't a huge fan of the sauna experience. Valet parking is available and the restaurant validates for a cheaper price. There is also metered parking on the streets, which is where I parked.

The server was saying he was trying to find a manager to help out but they were nowhere to be found. Clearly management is fine with these service times since they're still making $$$. The drinks were delicious, and I loved that there were heaters on the patio (though they did get very hot at times). Our server was so kind and brought us a celebratory drink. I like the dark vibe it has going though. The most frustrating part of it all? Servers came off super pretentious and would intentionally walk by your table without looking to avoid you asking them anything. Moreover, the place doesn't let you make many changes to your order. For example, if you ask for easy rice on the sushi, they will say no. If you ask for them to put the avocado on the side due to an allergy of one member of the group, they will say no. Our items came out SUPER slow, and this was after waiting a while for a table. The sushi is subpar - heavy on the rice and not enough fish. However, the coconut shrimp roll was good. That all being said, I'd go back and deal with it all again for the chicken sandwich and the burger. Both were a bit heavy on the bread in comparison to the protein, but delicious nonetheless.
