The ladies at the front desk are so welcoming and friendly (which is becoming rare), and Dr.Ahn is very caring and he is very good at his work. He is the best dentist so far! I feel confident that I'm in good hands. And I love their text system! Their text response system is amazing & impressive! From the new patient registration (which can take so much time & pages of paperwork) to appointment reminder, everything is so smooth & flawless. Life became incredibly difficult, and we fell behind on our appointments. Now, with only 5 months left to go, both my daughter and I are in significant pain because our teeth are shifting. I came to the office hoping for empathy, understanding, and a solution to help us get across the finish line--instead, I was told that unless I pay another $2,000 for my self and additional $2,000 for my daughter to continue an additional 6month treatment we are essentially on our own. They asked me what my main concerns were about my smile and told me exactly how they plan on improving it. As far as the orthodontist assistants, they've all been very friendly and informative. The only name I remember is Grace because she was the one who initially installed my Invisalign attachments. Grace made my first appointment smooth and easy. She answered all my questions and made sure I knew how to care and clean my Invisalign. Overall I'm happy with my treatment so far.
