The setup was perfect, and everything ran like clockwork thanks to Vincent, who did an amazing job hosting. He was patient, kept the schedule on track, and was fantastic with the kids. You could tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it made a huge difference in the experience. We opted to pay for the extra hour to make it a 3-hour party, and we're so glad we did. The time flew by! Two hours simply wouldn't have been enough. Honestly, I think the kids could've stayed there all day if we let them! Both Vincent and David were outstanding and made us feel welcome and supported throughout. We can't recommend this place enough for birthday parties or group events. I easily bring up the internet page (btw Super fast) logged into whatever site I needed. since I needed to download a doc. I ask the guy if it was okay to download and he gave the green light. I download doc. printed it and payed our fee. which was 2.50 for about 20 mins of pc time and 2 pages printed out. We also needed a fax and figured what the hey lets ask if they do faxing here and they do! Isn't that awesome!
