Have your birthday party here! Just finished up my son's 9th birthday and it was so easy and the kids had the most fun! The check in was seamless, every kid had a PC and the workers were extremely helpful. They made sure each kid was set up, stayed and passed out pizza, and answered any questions the kids had throughout the party. The party packages included pizza and drinks and the kids each got a goodie bag on their way out. We had 12 kids and the parents were able to drop off their kid and spend 3 hours doing whatever they wanted! The kids were completely occupied for the entire 3 hours (could have gone another 3 hours). Can't wait to go back! Reserved the small room for my sons bday party.. They are VERY accommodating and was able to setup some PS5 stations and some desktops as I requested. Support staff was amazing and was always around to help the kids login and get connected. When the food came the staff made sure all the boys got pizza and drinks and actually catered to them since they didn't want to stop gaming. This is a huge value as all we had to do was show up and most of the parents just dropped off their children. No long lines, waiting, buying food setting up decorations etc. Just show up game and kids have fun! If you have a gamed 12 or under this is a no brainer and an amazing value! Thanks GINO! read more

I went there because my friend hosted a birthday party for her son. They rented a private room for the birthday event. All the staffs are friendly and able to solve any technical issues during the 3 hours birthday party time. Everyone enjoyed the party so much, and it was the most cooperate birthday party I ever seen! It makes me want to throw one for my son when he turns 10 as well! read more

It's only $15 for a day pass... considering many other esports places charge you per hour it's a steal! The employees were also very hospitable. What a great place. We hosted our son's 13th birthday party here with 15 of his friends. The private room was perfect and the host was as attentive as they get. Knew how to handle the kids, took care of the party for three straight hours and managed everything from set up to serving food to wrangling the kids. I cannot speak highly enough about them. Me and my gf have been planning to go to LAN center to play games with each other, and after doing some research we found Cooper's. The things I was looking for was: 1. Good well built computers with good fps 2. Clean and odorless environment 3. Good customer service 4. And reasonable pricing Cooper's hits the first three in my opinion. The pcs were better than the junk I have at home so I was really happy to be getting good graphics and fps for once. The place and its restrooms were also surprisingly neat. Gamers are infamous for being dirty and smelly but this place beat those stereotypes. And as far as customer service I just need you to not be an A hole, not hard to do. Only thing is that $22 for three hours is a little too pricey imo. However, there are certain days that offer better deals and the day passes ($40) are more worth it. Leftover hours you dont use will be saved for your next visit. read more

We had our twins' 12th birthday party here and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We had 30 kids (you read that right, THIRTY) in attendance and reserved the Cooper Arena area. Each kid had either their own PC, monitor, keyboard/controller, and headset or their own PS5, headset, controller and monitor. There was also an area where they could play on the Nintendo Switch. Booking was a breeze with Gino. All done online/email with Gino who was very responsive, easy to work with, and answered all of my questions. And when they say they plan everything they really do! We walked in and everything was already decorated! They had balloons and tables set for drinks and food. When it was time to serve up the pizza (which is included in the cost) the hosts took care of everything from serving to cleanup. When the host noticed some of the kids had not lined up to grab pizza they went up and down the aisle asking each kid which type of pizza they wanted and then brought the pizza to them! We opted to add ice cream to our package and boy was that a nice treat. They had a variety of individually packaged ice cream and frozen bars for the kids to choose from. And again, the hosts walked around with the frozen treats on trays so that each kid could choose a frozen treat of their liking. As the parents of the birthday kids we literally didn't have to do a thing during the entire 3 hour party. They even prepared party favors bags for us (again included in the costs) although I ended up adding one extra item myself. We and the kids had a great time. The staff and hosts were all super polite, professional and helpful. Whenever a kid had issues with a game the hosts came over right away and took care of it. The facility itself was also very spacious and clean. If you are looking for a unique birthday party experience we definitely recommend checking this place out! The one con would be the parking situation which they do warn you about in advance which then allowed me to warn the parents. Our party was from 5 pm to 8 pm on a Saturday night. Cooper's esports is located in the Diamond Jamboree center so at night it's pretty crowded with all the dining around which makes parking challenging. But there is a parking structure behind the building which some of the parents ended up parking at when it came time to pick up their kid. Cooper's esports is a nice lounge with fun games. They are a little expensive for the hourly but I do know there are days that provide all day passes for a set price and slightly cheaper. The chairs are comfortable and the staff are friendly. I would just be aware that there are people gaming in here which includes vulgar talk. With headsets on, others shouldn't bother you that much. I just wouldn't be surprised if you heard something negative or offensive. read more

I've visited here while waiting to be seated at CoCoIchiban. I noticed they hosted birthday parties. Getting the event set up was very straightforward. They have a dedicated employee who coordinates the date and party size. I had to increase the size of my party a few days before the event, and they were able to accommodate with no hassle. On the day of the event we had our own room and each PC had my Son's name along with a happy birthday message that was a nice touch. They were able to keep our cake refrigerated in the back. Drinks and pizza are included in the price of the package. They had heat lamps to keep the pizza warm. I want to give special recognition to our game coordinator who assisted in getting us set up on the PCs to our game of choice. It was great that each guest could play together or do their own thing. If you want to have a stress free birthday party for your son/daughter this is the place. Parents who attended remarked what a fun event it was. The pcs are high quality and the customer service is top tier, and if I'm having trouble doing something on the pcs the staff is already fixing it before I can ask for help. I always see Faith and she is such a great person to have a conversation with. Faith has gone above and beyond for me. You can tell she loves to work with people and truly enjoys her job along with all the other staff. I love this pc cafe compared to other gaming cafes, the service just isn't the same.
