She was hustling, multitasking like a champ, and doing everything humanly possible to keep things moving. This note is more of a plea to management: it is DIABOLICAL to assign just one person to run a coffee shop during the morning rush. Honestly, if this ends up being the origin story of her villain arc, I wouldn't be surprised. She deserves better -- and so do your customers. To add insult to injury, since this Starbucks is inside a grocery store, there's no option to tip. So not only is she flying solo, she's doing it without the appreciation she deserves.
