On the day of installation, Matt and his son Brayden arrived at the agreed upon time. They were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Even though it was pretty chilly outside, they were able to install all 4 lights up skillfully and without any issues. We also loved the father-son dynamic where you could tell they communicated with each other respectfully. Pricing was reasonable and we now get to enjoy the new look of our lights! We absolutely love Larson Electric's work and plan to recommend them to all our friends and family who need an electrician. Matt is the owner of the company and he arrived on schedule with his son. We purchased the replacement LED lights for them to install and Matt said that there would not be a problem. Matt and his son were very professional in removing the old lights and installing the new lights. He performed the work with a great deal of attention to detail. There were some issues with getting the lights to sit flush to the stucco wall, but after some tweaking, all of the lights were installed perfectly. It's amazing what new modern lights can do to update the look of our house. They were quick in completing the installation and it was a great job and great experience with Matt and his son. He stands by his work with a warranty and I couldn't have been happier with him. The price was spot on and truly affordable for the work performed. It took him exactly 7 hrs 45 minutes. The electrical was all done well. One room was complete with both electrical and fan installed. The other two fans were not completely installed. Total was 975 and he said he took off an hour of labor. In addition to 50 for material. I asked him not to finish installing the other fans otherwise it would've been more cost. I bought a property that had a kholer generator…read more So I called and found the nearest dealer (Norris Electric) they suggested I buy a kholer 12RES they said it was a great generator for off grid systems and very reliable. Almost immediately we had issues with it. When we called in for a repair. They came out once. Then when we had issues again. They said it was too far and they wouldn't come out anymore. I had a renter named Mary living there and she lived alone and had no help. They left her in the dark. Wouldn't help and were mean to her. I called kholer and Norris didn't register our product. So we couldn't get warranty help. The owner Ron and his Mother were super rude to myself and Mary. Our generator quick working at 1600 hrs. We couldn't get anyone else to come out and look at it. The nearest dealer was 150 miles away. Plus no warranty. So finally in 2021 I call and use a fake name and give them our address. Tell them we have a generator not working. They come out and look at it. They tell us it's bad (this is at 1600hrs) I used the name ( John Reynolds to see if they would come out. Since they wouldn't help Mary. They suggest we buy a new one. So we purchase another one. Hoping the first one was a fluke and the next one will work. We weren't off grid anymore. So wouldn't be used was much. It started having trouble at 200hrs. I called for a technician to come and service it and start it so it was running for winter. It had a miss and wasn't staying running. They came out in September 2025 and did the service. They said it was fine. The very first storm power was knocked out. We started it and it died in 20-30 seconds. We tried starting again and it have several codes. We called back and they said they would put me on The schedule. But they emailed me a bill for $300 and I needed to pay for service. I told them I had seen it a couple days earlier and paid it through quick books. They said it could take two weeks to process electronic payments and that they couldn't put me on the schedule. I told them I would come down in person and pay then. But put me on the schedule. So I had my son take a check down. Then waited a few hours. Nobody called back. I called in to see if I could get on schedule. They said there wasn't anyone there to help and next Wednesday the person that scheduled will be back and they can help. I called kholer and they said my unit isn't registered. I called in and asked why this SECOND UNIT PURCHASED HAD ALSO NOT BEEN REGISTERED. So I drove down there to talk with them. The guy I was talking with Andy they said left and nobody was there. THEY TOLD ME TO LEAVE. I said first explain why two generators purchase haven't been registered? They said no and leave or they were calling the cops. I said go ahead and I will tell them what you are doing. This is the second time. So they call the cops. The suburb PD comes. They say not to be mean to staff and they will come out Wednesday and look at the generator. I say ok and leave. Wednesday comes around and nobody shows up. I call at 12p to see what time they are coming. No answer. I call again. No answer. The Auburn Pd calls and said they aren't coming and don't do watch them or the will file harassment complaint. So I spent $12,000 for two generators. One went bad at 160"hrs because of refusal of service. I couldn't get a warranty replacement because they didn't register it. Then I was forced to purchase a new one and it has 200hrs and it's already broke. They won't come out and service it and THEY DIDNT REGISTER IT EITHER AND TRIED TO SAY WE DIDNT BUT IT FROM THEM. SMH. THIS COMPANY IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL!

Recently, we ran into issues with our fountain in front of our home. Using Youtube videos, my wife and I successfully replaced a pump at very low cost. Unfortunately, while we were careful to properly waterproof our splices, the fountain began tripping a GFI circuit. We know that when you are dealing with water and electricity, hiring a competent electrician is extremely prudent, both to assure a good repair, and to stay safe. I described the issue to Walter over the phone, and he immediately proposed a course of action, so that we would not be over-spending if a more basic repair would prove adequate. He quoted reasonable prices for his work, so we decided to schedule an appointment. He communicated properly, arrived with a mask for pandemic protection, and went right to work. He had the proper equipment and was able to confirm that it was indeed the GFI (and not the fountain unit) that needed replacement.
