That was a huge advantage for us, since other contractors were pushing us toward NEM 3.0. Their sales team was patient, helpful, and not pushy at all. They walked us through our options clearly, were honest about scheduling constraints, and still found a way to get us in on a pretty good timeline. The pool solar is totally useless, does not produce any heat, when I asked for a review I was told I would need to cut down my (4) Birch trees (very delicate branches) in order for pool solar to work. This was not suggested or shared when installing the solar, perhaps they knew that would be a hard no. I will need to have new pool solar installed and repair my new roof. Impossible to get a hold of especially when things go wrong. System never kicked in when needed. Still today (Jun 2026) the system does not work. I had to choose a new solar company to maintain Auburn Solar's installation. Absolutely terrible experience, and I am seriously considering whether I should explore legal remedies here.
