They said that they couldn't take a credit card and would only accept Zelle, but charged me the credit card price which is $20 more per hour. The owner tried to say that there's some sort of fees, but there are no fees for Zelle. The difference was well over $200 so this is why they're getting three stars and almost got two. They provided more movers for the hourly cost than the other two companies and were available. Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move.
