The cons: I asked for a deep clean and the service was more like a light clean. For example: under the vanities in the bathrooms and the console tables in our living room are still dusty, the bathroom vents and toilet seat covers received a surface clean, a spill of laundry powder was untouched, and beneath the dining table on the floor still has paw prints from my dog. I sent my inquiry at 11am to request a same day cleaning. Organic Cleaning had help at my door at 1pm. Claudia was assigned to my cleaning project and did an amazing job! She helped with the dishes, bathroom cleaning, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, laundry and folded our clothes nicely. I was very impressed Claudia stayed for a few hours committed to cleaning my home at a flat rate. For those wondering, payment options are Venmo or Zelle. They provide an invoice/ receipt as well. The cherry on top for me was that my dog looooved her and she loved him! My dog can be finicky with strangers in the house, but I'm convinced he knew she loved dogs. Requested bids for a deep / move-out cleaning with an empty loft condo. I received 4 bids... $200, $250, $280 and $300. I went with the least expensive one (Organic Cleaning). 3 women came to do the cleaning and finished in about 90 minutes. Later, I found a baseboard that wasn't dusted at all, kitchen faucet that was dirty around the base and shower head that wasn't touched. I requested a deep clean for my house that I recently purchased. The cleaners were there on time as requested. However, they did not do a thorough job of cleaning the place. I had expected a deep clean for my place but they ended up just doing more of a dusting and wipe down of the various parts of the house. Gloria came with one other person and they did a great job! Communication was great, she texted when she was on her way. They came early and prepared. I wanted someone to do a thorough deep clean the baseboards, the shutters and the shower doors. They did everything and more. There wasn't a dust bunny to be found. For how long they were here (~5.5 hours) they were very much worth the price (it was a flat fee). We never hired cleaners before but I think we're now going to hire Gloria's team once a quarter.
