    UPS customer service was absolutely terrible. They lost my package and then spent an entire month…read moregiving me the runaround instead of actually helping me find it. Every time I called, I got a different answer and no real updates. Even the supervisor was completely unhelpful and acted like they didn't care at all. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability and customer support was beyond frustrating. A month later and still no resolution. I expected way better from a company this big. Extremely disappointed.

No one will take responsibility not the UPS store Not Customer Service, I have all the tracking information receipts and yet it's not to be found! I paid extra and used UPS due to the sensitive information in the documents ! If anyone has any help to offer I would appreciate it!     I've received awful service from businesses before, what transpired at the Staples this evening…read morecan't even be classified as service. I pulled up to the back exit at 8:56 PM and the doors were already locked. I then got back in my car and drove around to the front to see that the doors were also locked at in the front at 8:59 PM. The general manager of one of my locations was already inside versus helping him print off I had sent him your employees instead, we're rushing him out the door offering no aid. my annual spend at Staples is in the thousands of dollars. i'm including my customer number so you can date the amount of money I spent in your business #3640603969. I usually go to the location off of Midlothian Turnpike. I have always received amazing service there. I will not be returning to that location or any other until I hear from someone in the corporate office. I am embarrassed to even my general manager to go over there and he experienced this complete lack of customer service in regard for the customer. Not only where the door is locked prior to closing time but then they're rushing people out. Once it, customer is in the doors, shouldn't they be allowed to finish the transaction?     I really feel the need to share my experience. I took a total of 22 images that I had drawn -…read moreoriginal art - to be copied at Staples. Not only was the completed order incorrect (for several reasons) but they LOST 4 of my original art works! LOST them!!! It took multiple calls to management and days to finally get some assistance on the issue. The managers seemed content to say, "I'll check on that and call you tomorrow." I waited 3 days (on two occasions) for a response that never came. I had a working deadline - which came and went - and lost work that I can not replicate. Shame on Staples. This is a cautionary tale. Be careful what you entrust to them. Regard for customer items seems very low. I will. not be using them again as a printing service.
