Shira took care of the microneedling procedure and was extremely kind and kept checking if I felt any pain throughout the process which really calmed my nerves for my first time. She went over each area as she went through which was really reassuring so I knew what to expect and was very thorough in explaining and providing aftercare. I had the best possible first microneedling experience I could have had here despite being nervous at first but Amanda and Shira really made me feel at ease and I will absolutely trust them again with my next treatment!

And stated that the advice of my General Doctors is just his basic opinion. For a business providing medical or wellness-related treatments, that kind of response is unacceptable.I would not recommend this spa to anyone seeking responsible care, proper follow up, or basic professionalism when something goes wrong.

I paused my membership late last year after a job layoff and was specifically told that when reinstated, my anniversary special would be pushed back by the number of months I paused. When that wasn't honored at time of service, I spent over two months chasing down customer service, only to finally be told that their "system doesn't accommodate non-consecutive months"... -- Huh? What about a human overriding the computer? -- Despite the fact that I was given incorrect information by their staff (Tyler) at time of pause, there was zero willingness to take responsibility or find mutual resolution. This is especially disappointing after years of loyalty and referring multiple people to Alchemy 43. I completely understand policies, staff, and systems change, but customers shouldn't be penalized for wrong information provided by the company. I would not have paused if I was simply told this was the policy. It's also worth noting I continued to come here after my longtime injector Tiffany left earlier this year along with a majority of the staff. It's the complete lack of consideration and accountability that I've chosen to cancel today. Computers may not accommodate, but humans should -- especially if your humans made the error to begin with.

This has never happened to me before where they would break, only after visiting this salon.... when i reached out to her multiple times to express my disappointment, for $150+ nails, she deflected, blamed... me? for my nails?! This was my last conversation with her. After I confronted her, she unfollowed and blocked me on social media. I just wanted a refund of the $$ I paid for my nails. As a note, when I get gel-x at Ibiza Nails in WeHo, or Nail'd It in Glendale or Pasadena - those aprex gel-x last me 4-6 weeks, even when I was moving and opening boxes. Sadly, due to how I was treated, and the state of my nails, with lumpy thick coats, and the prep/cleaning of the nails, after every appointment, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this salon.

As a client I didn't understand where exactly with the general way she was saying lift this are, round this, etc etc. I told them I couldn't afford the quote and they asked me to apply for 2 separate loan applications. Which I did on the spot because they asked me to. Even after saying I couldn't afford to add anymore payments and loans to my monthly expenses. I insisted on doing areas one at a time and scheduled my first appt with a deposit left. A few days later I called to ask and go over what my treatment plan was (exact areas that would be treated ), in what way, with what filler types and what the maintenance would cost me and how often moving forward. She (Nataly) kept saying she was trustworthy and transparent but didn't answer my questions and rushed me off the phone and told me to call back next day. To be fair- On that call she did mention again very minimally some things but only because I continued to ask and explained it wasn't that I didn't trust her, but that wanted to keep track of what was being done to my face/ have a map of treated areas and know all of this to ensure I could maintenance the work I was going to pay a lot to have done. - she continued to push for me to trust her without having answered any of my questions . The next day I receive a text that they t ' canceled my appointment and they would not treat me, stating that I seemed uncertain. They did not offer to refund my deposit so I had to text back to ask them to do so. Really weird. I was excited to be treated here.
