He told me to bring my driver cap in so they could take a look and see what they could do. I came to the shop with the driver cap that I had purchased on Amazon and the owner Edgar said they would be able to do it for which I was excited about and for a good price. I'm so glad I was found Graphic Affect to help me out. Edgar provided his recommendations on the font, color, and design to make the names show up nicely. Our arrival was met with multiple groups of people already waiting to be helped. Don't let this discourage you, the staff works pretty quickly. Depending on how intricate the order is, the wait may be longer but I appreciate the staff not rushing customers. My advice is coming in with some screenshots of what you are in need of. The employees will give their own recommendations and adjustments that would ensure a beautifully made product. Cost is pricey but fair! Project can typically done within a day or so. These guys work quickly!! 5/5 stars. Our tees came out great and our whole group coordinated well for our Universal trip. The star details on the design were left out but the finished product was still very pretty. RANDOM TIP: I find handwashing our tees adds longevity to the print.

The employee was very precise with the creation of the decal and made sure it was aligned perfectly. I will see if the letters stay after washing but first impression is the letters are set well into the material. Ill update this in a year after I have washed it and see how it looks. I bought the jersey at the store across from them. Great price of $65. It's not like the $250 ones they sell that are probably better but this is more suitable for me as I only go to about 2-3 games a year.

Unfortunately the customer service was not great. I felt like a huge inconvenience and received zero direction or suggestions for the small piece I brought in and the stitching ended up being put in a not ideal place which I would have loved someone to walk through with me for better placement. I asked about my larger project and also received less than zero help with that and felt like I was so annoying for even asking about it. I'm sad because it's a small town shop -potentially family owned but the vibe was really really off and just not friendly. I will not be going back for my large order and will have to find another option. Not sure what's going on in this place but I hope they read the reviews and understand that people want a good experience with staff and that we want to have fun and get more help when doing personal projects.
