I've come here a few times, but unfortunately this last experience will be my last. My manicure felt extremely rushed, and the final result reflects that. My nails were uneven, the corners were sharp, and even after I mentioned the sharp edges and they were filed again, they still did not look or feel properly finished. My thumb was noticeably uneven, and the cuticle work also felt incomplete. What concerned me even more was the cleanliness. The salon and work areas looked dusty and grimy, the technician's hands did not feel clean, and I did not see the tools being sanitized before they were used on me. That made me uncomfortable, especially in a service where proper hygiene should be a priority. I really think this salon would benefit from slowing down, focusing more on each client, and taking sanitation more seriously. I've had better experiences here in the past, which makes it disappointing to see the quality decline. At this point, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would recommend others look around for a salon that prioritizes both quality and cleanliness.
