When you ask Eternity cremation before they cremate you sister to please do a fingerprint so you can have put on a key chain. And they bring ashes to you and you ask where it is and owner says did you ask me to do that I remember doing a couple but forget to do your sister. The last you would have of my sister offered to put ashes in necklace. Owner should make sure she gets loved one request. So would not recommend anyone to Eternity. read more

Cudos to Wendy. That's where the positive review ends! Eternity has earned their name in painfully slow service and inexcusable amount of time (an ETERNITY) to get anything done. Delays in cremation cost our family several hundred dollars extra to rent hotel rooms and rental cars while waiting days beyond what was promised for ashes and death certificates.
