There has been NO CARPET CLEANING service provided. On or about 12/2/25 I spoke with Tabatha at WaterBear, explaining that I had some wine stains on a small area of carpet. I asked if that was something her company could help with. She said she would send someone to take a look. A gentleman, who introduced himself as the owner of the company, came to my home and looked at the stains. He said he thought the carpet should be steam cleaned, but his big truck was out for repair and he would have Tabatha call and set up an appointment with me to get the work done. Tabatha never called. A couple days later I called the company back and asked if there was a problem, explaining my situation. The receptionist apologized and said she'd have someone get back to me. No one has called me or been in touch. And today I get this invoice. I am pretty grossed out at the level of customer service, or lack thereof. Just to be clear, this invoice will not be paid. There was no service provided, no phone call to set something up, and no follow up by your company. I will find someone else to do the work.

I tried reaching out for a resolution but never heard from them. I ordered (online) a carpet clean and added two vents to meet their posted $119 minimum. When they came out I was informed they don't clean vents and that the minimum is $149. They did honor the $119 after we spoke on the phone, but no vents were cleaned. The carpet is still dirty. Even through my baseboards were removed, they didn't have any tool to clean the coffee stain close to the wall. The coffee stains in the middle of the room were not removed either. I ended up hiring another company to clean the carpet. They were able to remove the stains. I try to only hire local companies so I do not leave this review easily.

There are divots on every door frame to each room the tech cleaned. It is from the hose scraping along the frame while cleaning. The last carpet company we used had plastic shields they put on the wood door frame to avoid this very issue. We are pretty disappointed a 30 minute carpet clean has left us with such severe damage to the woodwork of our home. I emailed photos to the owner and a week later I still haven't heard back. I hate to leave a bad review but I also want to save anyone from having to spend time and money fixing damage to your home that could easily be prevented.

Overcharged and sent a guy who didn't know what he was doing. He came out for service call $255 and…read morepulled the toilet off $300 extra. He used a power snake and said we were all good. He spent a while here so they charged another $100. He left and the toilet overflowed again. True to their word, he was called back for no charge. They took the toilet off again and did the power snake from the septic system. This seemed to do the trick, but he recommended we call AAA septic since our system was full. If this was the end, I would have rated them well. I found a leak in a pipe and instead of fixing while here they said, just wait and see if it stops. It didn't and they came back and charged another $250 for a service call for a 10 minute job to reseal the pipe. Then AAA came out and drained the septic for $800. They were going to come back and flush the system. When the did, they relayed that the city should have done this for free and they can't touch the system. Neither AAA or ServPro recognized this so that's why it's on this review. I had to have another plumber come out, scope and flush the line for yet another $600. Something that should have cost $750 ended up costing me a few thousand. When I called to complain, Grant never called back.

Both were knowledgeable, professional, respectful (wore face masks during COVID pandemic) and thorough - putting us immediately at ease about all of our worries. In the end, they were careful to only tear down the minimal amount of drywall necessary. Erica in the office handled the insurance and helped us through the process. This man pulls permits for one thing and then hires unskilled labor to do the work. He pulled a permit for low voltage telecommunications lines and then proceeded to bill for more than $20,000. worth of claimed electrical work. Because of the false information given at the time of the permit the true butchered, so called new runs of electrical wiring and a house full of fixtures were not inspected for what they were, just what he described on the permit !! I see he has used one of our pictures to show some of our damage. The damage is real any work he claimed was NOT! He doesn't show how the gouge out electrical wire was "repaired" with black electrical tape vs. the new runs he charged for. Nothing about this company or this man is above board. For your own safety and peace of mind it would be better to sleep in a tent than to have such terrible unsafe work done. He worked on house from 12/12/2016 until 6/28/2017 and for more than 2 years we tried to get; as stated from Pemco "contractor's poor workmanship" repaired, and or refunded. The system in place is not set to help homeowners !! The most L&I does is check for a valid contractors license. When was not found Scott McDilda was fined $1000. which was reduced to $500. when he finally obtained a license.
