Good customer service is hard to find these days and I thought that was pretty epic! I would call them again and hire them if I had a problem.

We have 23 registers, 2 returns, and 2 bathroom fans. Both of the guys worked non-stop for 2.75 hours. The registers are all now squeaky clean (they were horribly coated in dust) & our house no longer smells musty/dusty whenever the air comes on. The cost for the service was $750. I have no idea if this is good or not. I have nothing to compare the price to, since I couldn't find anyone else in our area that does true duct cleaning. But I will say these 2 guys worked hard and did a stellar job. They even offered to put our new filter in for us (we supplied it) at no extra charge.

It was easily found on the internet but who wants to wait a week or more to see if you get the right part? We called around and the places we called referred us to Glenwood Appliance. So off we go.... I happened to bring the broken pump with me, I walked in and was greeted by a smiling young lady who asked what she could do for me. All I did was raise the pump and say I need a new one of these.. before I could tell her what it was, she said I have those over here.... Holy smokes, you kidding me?! I really like it when employees know their stuff! She brought out a small box, cut it open and BINGO! The exact make and model with the same part number even. This small shop had a factory part for a 5 year old front load washer, man what a relief! My machine broke down last night, tonight it will be back in action! The people here are knowledgeable and resourceful as she let me know that the next time I need anything, i should also bring the make and model info, just in case they can cross reference it with a part from another brand! When technition came to make repair he said that it was caulked in and he didn't do caulk and then tried to manhandle unit out without cutting caulk. Told me units aren't normally caulked in but having been a builder for 43 years I knew this was a false statement. Being he did not have proper tool I then got knife and cut caulk. When repair was finished without cleaning up after himself he demanded another $395 without $130 service call credit as originally agreed. The whole experience was highly unprofessional and to me seemed very unethical.

He pulled the refrigerator out and listened for a few minutes, said the compressor is gone and stated that he did not do that kind of repair. Other than advising that we should not have purchased an LG (it is 4 years old and high end), he did no other work and handed me an invoice for $75. I figure that works out to about $300 an hour for worthless advice. Would never call Appliance Pros again for any appliance repair.
