If the bartender needed (for whatever reason) to step away from the bar, another employee filled her place. I had the cheese curds, and they were so good that I asked for a to-go so I could share it with my family. Someone from the kitchen brought out my order. I said, "Please tell the chef that these are so good that they could be addictive." He smiled and said, "Thank you. I'm the chef." I'm tickled pink they offer them naked. So many places don't, but it really makes a wing to get away from all the breading. I ordered them extra wet, and they delivered! They were swimming in a pool of sauce at least 1/4" deep (or just under a cm) for you across the river. Then they have me another huge cup of sauce! They included three whole cups of blue cheese too. The wings are also what I've been looking to find for so long! They're not fatty, not tiny, just perfect. My husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Now that was deceiving. It looks like a generic snack shop cheeseburger but I was in reality, really good. And he's picky about his burgers. Lastly, we ordered mozzarella sticks.
