Arrived here for the first time off a last minute decision, based on images I saw on Yelp. Food looked and sounded interesting, and the restaurant appeared to have a really nice setup. So I thought to give it a try with the family. Stopped in and the wait was about 15 minutes or so, and we were seated in the back patio area facing the TVs at the bar. Our waitress was with us shortly, and we started off with drinks as we looked over the menu a little more. One of our table settings was wet and smelled like beer had been spilled on it, so we asked for it to be replaced. We eventually decided to order: Drinks: "Spirit-free" drink Appetizers: Wings (Eureka! Bourbon dry rub and Beer BBQ) Meals: Eureka burger (X2) 28 day aged bone-marrow & butter burger My son who's 15 was interested in the "spirit-free" drinks but then noticed that the they were only 21 and older. Which was super confusing since they have no alcohol in them. We asked our waitress if they was correct, and she said they're alcohol free but will not be served to anyone under 21. Because of the way the drinks are served, as they look like alcoholic beverages. It's just a really odd concept to have on the main menu a selection of drinks that are bloated as non-alcoholic, but are also not available to someone who isn't of legal age to drink. That should probably be something that's available only from the "alcohol/adult" menu to avoid less confusion. But I will say the Spirit-free drink I ordered was delicious. The burgers were just meh unfortunately. All three of us didn't find anything special about the burgers, and the noted the "grilled" onions weren't what we would describe as grilled. They didn't even appear grilled until you dissected your burger, to see some light grill marks on the face side of the onions. Otherwise the onions look like normal raw onions, which none of us wanted. The fries were very basic as well, and my particular burger which was the 21 day aged bone marrow burger. Was completely sitting in liquid butter, and the bottom of the bun was all wet and making the burger difficult to eat without getting liquid butter all over my hands. The burger patty seemed to also be falling apart, which I think might've been the bone marrow/butter combo. But it just slowly fell off my burger in little globs. I've had bone marrow dishes countless times at various restaurants, and there was nothing about this particular dish that have me the presence of bone-marrow being a part of it. So it definitely fell way short to me of the $21 asking price for this particular burger. We opted not to go with dessert even though we left room for it, and went somewhere else for that. Overall: Our waitress was really nice and helpful. Spirit free drinks only being served to legal drinking aged adults was a very odd and confusing concept. Wings were really good, but all these burgers were disappointing. Eureka! felt like an over glorified spin on BJ's Burgers & Brews, but I've had better experiences there. So I probably wouldn't come back. read more

went for dinner last night with friends and was disappointed with the food. I ordered the Fried chicken sandwich and it looked like they had beaten it so thin that it was dry and not good at all. another person got the Fig Burger with no bun and no arugula and was smothered in it. the next person got the breakfast burrito with no bacon but it came out with bacon in it. last person got the American burger which came out fine. the fries were cold and I'm note sure about going there again. read more

To my surprised, the manager reached out to me regarding my experience. He offered to make things right and have us return for a better experience. We'll, that opportunity never came, and he ghosted us! He sent me an email on April 26th inviting us to return, and I've reached back out to him on May 14th, letting him know I would like to come back and provided him with a date and time. It's now June 2nd, and he never responded!!! It really goes to show you how they care for their customers. This was truly one disappointing experience after another! Great first visit today. Excellent food, service and facility. We arrived Saturday, early afternoon on a beautiful spring day and the outside patio was pretty packed. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and immediately seated on the patio. Our server, Kayla, arrived very quickly, big smile greeting and took our drink order. Drinks arrived quickly and we ordered. Kayla was very accommodating as Sweetie requested her sweet potato fries naked and me requesting two sauces on the side for my wings. She also asked if I would like both ranch and blue cheese too. We started with the Truffle Cheese Fries and they were quickly delivered and great! Great flavor and perfectly cooked. I loved the side of truffle cheese sauce. Lots of flavor but not overpowering. Sweetie had the Eureka! American Burger that was nicely dressed with a grilled onion slice, etc and with a yummy brioche bun that was buttered and grill toasted. I had the Wings with the dry rub and sauces on the side. They were also accompanied by fresh celery and carrot sticks. The wings were perfectly crispy fried and piping hot. I really liked the dry rub bursting with flavors and a hint of pepper spice. I'm a wingnut and these were outstanding. I loved, loved the orange chili and beer bbq sauces. Perfect match of flavors with the dry rub. Kayla kept an eye on us throughout and made several appropriately timed visits to check on us and offer iced tea refills, without our having to first ask. I especially liked that she brought fresh glasses of tea and fresh lemon slices. Music was upbeat and not overpowering, the place was immaculate, including the restroom. Patrons were a nice mix of young and old with lots of young families. As we entered I noticed a sign for their Loyalty Program so I scanned the convenient QR code and downloaded their app and signed up. I was immediately rewarded with free Truffle Cheese Fries ($10). Can't beat that on first visit. We will definitely be returning. read more

Dine, Drink and Socialize I've only been here once since they've opened and that was just a month after they've opened over 3 years ago. We came here for happy hour with my co-workers, party of 10. Trendy casual place. Dimly lit and noisy atmosphere. They have both indoor and patio seating. We sat at the lounge area (I don't remember what they called this section but it was indoors and it wasn't in one of the high top tables. We ordered from both their "Hoppy" Hour menu and their regular food menu: Honey-Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries Truffle Cheese Fries Blackened Salmon Kale Caesar Wings Fish & Chips Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich Baja Fish Tacos Seared Ahi Salad I really liked their Truffle Cheese Fries. The cheese was served separately in a small bowl which I'm glad they did that. Yummy decadent white truffle cheese sauce with Parmesan and chives on crispy fries. The wings were crispy and delicious. I had such a great experience here and just had to share! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting--perfect lighting, clean space, and a really relaxed, welcoming vibe. The food was honestly amazing. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation--it didn't feel rushed or generic at all. What really stood out though was the service. Our server, Brandi, was incredible--so kind, attentive, and genuinely upbeat. She checked in at all the right times without ever being overbearing, and she made us feel really taken care of. We also had a chance to interact with the manager, Michael, who was just as impressive. He was friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in making sure guests have a great experience. It's always a good sign when management is that present and engaged. Overall, everything--from the food to the service to the ambiance--was on point. My family had burgers here and quite enjoyed it. We had the jalapeño and egg, the Fresno, fig, and the American burgers. All were good. The meat in the burgers was very juicy, if a bit overwhelmed by the large buns. Each of the burgers had tasty toppings, and the fries were good and of the thin and crispy variety. Service was good, and the place was clean with an energetic and welcoming vibe. For Vegans and those avoiding gluten, there are a number of options, and the staff seemed happy to answer questions about ingredients. One of your party had the gluten-free bun, and said it was better than average, but on the crumbly side. If there was an option to give 3 1/2 stars, I would probably do that. The burgers were good but, for example, not as good as the Yard House or Brickyard, which fall into a similar category. read more

I would love to give this place the 5 star as I normally would. Me and my boyfriend have been going here for about a year now. Normally the service and food is very great. Unfortunately, this time my boyfriend went and picked up a take-out order which we called in and was ignored when he went to the host stand. There were employees appearing to be on the clock all just standing right by the bar chatting, they looked over at him too but did not even acknowledge him. On top of that, the host when she finally came back gave him the wrong order. And he had almost drove home with some Mac and cheese balls instead of our 50 dollar dinner. The food was good as always besides the fries being very minimal. I do love their food, I just wish this experience was up to par to normal. Last time I visited this restaurant was a year ago, it was rainy day and couldn't enjoy the patio. This time the sun was shining so I took advantage of the weather and decided to sit outside. Lots of tables and beautiful plants - you really don't feel like you're separated from the rest of the restaurant since the wrap-around bar connects both spaces. Moving on to the appetizer; we order the ahi stack. The fish was fresh, the avocado perfectly ripped and well-seasoned. The black rice gave that extra oomph! It comes with a side of a mix of crispy wonton chips and tortilla chips. Drinks- I ordered The Flor is Lava-which is a combination of mezcal with lime, hibiscus, blood orange and Ancho Reyes chile liqueur and rimmed with black salt! If you are a fan of mezcal you must try this. If you are not a fan you should still try it because it is delicious- be adventurous Food- spicy fried chicken sandwich. The bread was soft, the chicken was perfection. Well-season, perfect crunchiness on the outside but still juicy in the inside. It comes with a tangy coleslaw and pickles; I omitted the pickles because I am not a fan of them. The burgers and sandwiches come with a side of fries but you can upgrade to other options such truffle fries and mac n' cheese balls. I chose the mac n cheese balls- UH-MAZING - perfect crunchiness on the outside, the inside is just a bomb of flavors in your mouth: beer cheese sauce,Fresno chiles, chives and top with the right amount Parmesan. We ordered the fried pickles, mimosa flight BBQ burger with sweet potato fries and Eureka burger with fries. Our server Hannah was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Mimosa flight: 8/10 the flavors were fun but the Pineapple Habanero was bitter and I wouldn't recommend for the most savory of cocktail enthusiasts. Pickles: 10/10 think of your best chicken fried chicken and this is the batter you'll find on these delicious pickles. Eureka Burger and fries: 10/10 My friend ate the whole burger and wasn't terribly hungry to begin with. She said the fries were everything you want in French fries. Very basic chairs, tables and picnic tables on the patio bring down the upscale experience. Next door is a similiar setup for upscale Le Popular CDMX Taqueria to open Nov 21st 2022. The two sister restaurants sharing a wall/patio will be powerful combination. Hopefully better patio furniture over there. Included string fries, crispy, lightly salted and seasoned were perfect. I tried Eureka for the first time while I was out in Roseville looking for a place to eat dinner. Me and my wife split the crispy chicken sandwich, and the smash burger. We upgraded the fries on each to the Mac and cheese balls and the truffle cheese balls. We also ordered a couple beers. Everything was good, but the portions were a little small. I definitely recommend the upgrade on the fries. The restaurant was cool. It had a nice bar, with tv's. There are a couple things other things on the menu that I would come back to try. read more

It took a while, but the same group that came with me on my original review was finally able to come back after being invited to give it another shot by management. This time around we got the same Brussel sprouts, excellent like before. Two of the burgers we opted to get the mac and cheese balls and they weren't as good as I remembered. Seems like maybe the no taste bud people maybe complained about the spice level because there was no heat this time. Also they should really serve them with marinara or something. An acid to cut the fat. All plates were served with their house ranch....which is not typical. Appears to be fresh made with actual herbs....tasted more like a tzatziki sauce. I got the fresno fig burger, wife the got the spicy chicken sandwich again, friend got the double smash and his wife got the jalapeño egg. I wanted something lighter than your normal burger fair but wasn't gonna be no skinny hoe and get a salad so this seemed like a good compromise. The goat cheese was a bit heavy but all in all a decent all around burger. Thank you Eureka for not calling your spicy chicken sandwich a Nashville Hot. You can actually taste the spice, not just heat....and the slaw was also nice and refreshing. Wife said you could really taste the cilantro in it. My friend's double smash was exactly what he expected it to be...the meat was bigger than the actual bun, but the pickles were a nice touch of acid to again, cut through the fat. The friend's wife had the Jalapeño Egg....the egg was cooked perfectly even though it was ordered over easy and came out sunnyside....but with that being said the white was cooked all the way through....and the egg wasn't all the way runny but still runny enough. Service was excellent just as it was before. All in all better than average experience and would definitely be back read more
