I tried Eureka for the first time while I was out in Roseville looking for a place to eat dinner. Me and my wife split the crispy chicken sandwich, and the smash burger. We upgraded the fries on each to the Mac and cheese balls and the truffle cheese balls. We also ordered a couple beers. Everything was good, but the portions were a little small. I definitely recommend the upgrade on the fries. The restaurant was cool. It had a nice bar, with tv's. There are a couple things other things on the menu that I would come back to try. read more

My family had burgers here and quite enjoyed it. We had the jalapeño and egg, the Fresno, fig, and the American burgers. All were good. The meat in the burgers was very juicy, if a bit overwhelmed by the large buns. Each of the burgers had tasty toppings, and the fries were good and of the thin and crispy variety. Service was good, and the place was clean with an energetic and welcoming vibe. For Vegans and those avoiding gluten, there are a number of options, and the staff seemed happy to answer questions about ingredients. One of your party had the gluten-free bun, and said it was better than average, but on the crumbly side. If there was an option to give 3 1/2 stars, I would probably do that. The burgers were good but, for example, not as good as the Yard House or Brickyard, which fall into a similar category. read more

Eva was amazing. Food was very good. Had the bison burger and the Baja fish tacos with an added upgrade of a a Caesar salad. Happy hour was in effect, so I had two old fashioned drinks and my wife had a vodka drink. Finished the meal with bourbon barrel cake. Very good! read more

Last time I visited this restaurant was a year ago, it was rainy day and couldn't enjoy the patio. This time the sun was shining so I took advantage of the weather and decided to sit outside. Lots of tables and beautiful plants - you really don't feel like you're separated from the rest of the restaurant since the wrap-around bar connects both spaces. Moving on to the appetizer; we order the ahi stack. The fish was fresh, the avocado perfectly ripped and well-seasoned. The black rice gave that extra oomph! It comes with a side of a mix of crispy wonton chips and tortilla chips. Drinks- I ordered The Flor is Lava-which is a combination of mezcal with lime, hibiscus, blood orange and Ancho Reyes chile liqueur and rimmed with black salt! If you are a fan of mezcal you must try this. If you are not a fan you should still try it because it is delicious- be adventurous Food- spicy fried chicken sandwich. The bread was soft, the chicken was perfection. Well-season, perfect crunchiness on the outside but still juicy in the inside. It comes with a tangy coleslaw and pickles; I omitted the pickles because I am not a fan of them. The burgers and sandwiches come with a side of fries but you can upgrade to other options such truffle fries and mac n' cheese balls. I chose the mac n cheese balls- UH-MAZING - perfect crunchiness on the outside, the inside is just a bomb of flavors in your mouth: beer cheese sauce,Fresno chiles, chives and top with the right amount Parmesan. First off, we came here with very little expectation. We (2 busy moms) make a point to try somewhere new every month and most of time we find that our experience falls short from the reviews of others. My friend had never had fried pickles so that's what we came for, and the food did not disappoint. We arrived early and weren't rushed. We ordered the fried pickles, mimosa flight BBQ burger with sweet potato fries and Eureka burger with fries. Our server Hannah was knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Mimosa flight: 8/10 the flavors were fun but the Pineapple Habanero was bitter and I wouldn't recommend for the most savory of cocktail enthusiasts. Pickles: 10/10 think of your best chicken fried chicken and this is the batter you'll find on these delicious pickles. Eureka Burger and fries: 10/10 My friend ate the whole burger and wasn't terribly hungry to begin with. She said the fries were everything you want in French fries. Very basic chairs, tables and picnic tables on the patio bring down the upscale experience. Next door is a similiar setup for upscale Le Popular CDMX Taqueria to open Nov 21st 2022. The two sister restaurants sharing a wall/patio will be powerful combination. Hopefully better patio furniture over there. Eureka burger $16 - a perfectly charred cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled red onion. Angus burger patty was perfect. Included string fries, crispy, lightly salted and seasoned were perfect. I was in Roseville last week for work and was fortunate to find this gem!! I sat at the bar and right away I could tell this place was special. The staff made you feel like a regular even if it was your first time there. I enjoyed the atmosphere so much that I visited every night the entire week! The happy hour here is by far one of the best I have been too in quite some time. They do an early happy hour and a second late night happy hour as well. The food selection available on happy hour is pretty solid as well as the drinks. They had a really nice bourbon selection which was a highlight for me! My go to drink is an Old Fashioned so I was stoked when I saw it was on happy hour! My expectations were low since it was a happy hour drink but boy was I wrong! The old fashioned here is on point!!! Marcella was my bartender every night and she was incredible! Not only did she make exceptional drinks she was kind and welcoming. Marcella gave me great recommendations both on drinks and food. The food did not disappoint! Everyone I met from the staff looked like they enjoyed where they work which says a lot about the establishment. I also got a chance to talk to Brennan Ibanez who was also very welcoming and very knowledgeable when it came to whiskey. Brennan made me feel like we had known each other for years. Came here after work and had some of their drinks! The prices were a little up there for craft beers on tap ($11 Double IPA), which makes sense because... it is craft. I like that their happy hour menu included $6 mimosas and bloody Mary's. Their Bloody Mary mix was a bit on the bitter side, but nothing too serious because I was able to drink it all! It took a while, but the same group that came with me on my original review was finally able to come back after being invited to give it another shot by management. This time around we got the same Brussel sprouts, excellent like before. Two of the burgers we opted to get the mac and cheese balls and they weren't as good as I remembered. Seems like maybe the no taste bud people maybe complained about the spice level because there was no heat this time. Also they should really serve them with marinara or something. An acid to cut the fat. All plates were served with their house ranch....which is not typical. Appears to be fresh made with actual herbs....tasted more like a tzatziki sauce. I got the fresno fig burger, wife the got the spicy chicken sandwich again, friend got the double smash and his wife got the jalapeño egg. I wanted something lighter than your normal burger fair but wasn't gonna be no skinny hoe and get a salad so this seemed like a good compromise. The goat cheese was a bit heavy but all in all a decent all around burger. Thank you Eureka for not calling your spicy chicken sandwich a Nashville Hot. You can actually taste the spice, not just heat....and the slaw was also nice and refreshing. Wife said you could really taste the cilantro in it. My friend's double smash was exactly what he expected it to be...the meat was bigger than the actual bun, but the pickles were a nice touch of acid to again, cut through the fat. The friend's wife had the Jalapeño Egg....the egg was cooked perfectly even though it was ordered over easy and came out sunnyside....but with that being said the white was cooked all the way through....and the egg wasn't all the way runny but still runny enough. If the weather is permitting, sitting outside is my favorite option because it's relaxing and covered so the sun isn't directly hitting you while you eat. I highly recommend trying the truffle fries if French fries are your thing. The spicy buffalo sandwich has a kick to it, but it's not super spicy to where your mouth is on fire the whole time. Small dessert menu (two items), but the chocolate cake melts in your mouth!!! The only reason for a reduced star was because we made a reservation specifically for the patio because we brought our dog. When we got to the restaurant they didn't have a table available that would fit our family (even though we had a reservation for the patio) and we had to sit a two different tables. read more

The food, a grilled chicken sandwich and fish and chips were just tossed into a box and the arugula salad side dish had no dressing.
