Burger was good, not too complicated and very tasty. I really liked the house pickles which add a subtle flavor with some crunch. The truffle cheese fries are next level and it is worth the extra $3 by far. Definitely try those out. Service was fine. Quick and friendly. I went early and the wait was zero minutes. I can imagine it might fill up later in the evening but there's a ton of outdoor seating if it's not too hot. I would recommend you try this place out. read more

I was in Roseville last week for work and was fortunate to find this gem!! I sat at the bar and right away I could tell this place was special. The staff made you feel like a regular even if it was your first time there. I enjoyed the atmosphere so much that I visited every night the entire week! The happy hour here is by far one of the best I have been too in quite some time. They do an early happy hour and a second late night happy hour as well. The food selection available on happy hour is pretty solid as well as the drinks. They had a really nice bourbon selection which was a highlight for me! My go to drink is an Old Fashioned so I was stoked when I saw it was on happy hour! My expectations were low since it was a happy hour drink but boy was I wrong! The old fashioned here is on point!!! Marcella was my bartender every night and she was incredible! Not only did she make exceptional drinks she was kind and welcoming. Marcella gave me great recommendations both on drinks and food. The food did not disappoint! Everyone I met from the staff looked like they enjoyed where they work which says a lot about the establishment. I also got a chance to talk to Brennan Ibanez who was also very welcoming and very knowledgeable when it came to whiskey. Brennan made me feel like we had known each other for years. Best seasonal old fashioned. All the burgers are legit. The chicken tenders are the size of a 9 yr old's forearm, but I don't condone eating kids. If the weather is permitting, sitting outside is my favorite option because it's relaxing and covered so the sun isn't directly hitting you while you eat. I highly recommend trying the truffle fries if French fries are your thing. The spicy buffalo sandwich has a kick to it, but it's not super spicy to where your mouth is on fire the whole time. Small dessert menu (two items), but the chocolate cake melts in your mouth!!! The only reason for a reduced star was because we made a reservation specifically for the patio because we brought our dog. When we got to the restaurant they didn't have a table available that would fit our family (even though we had a reservation for the patio) and we had to sit a two different tables. read more

Love the happy hour here! They have a great decor and ambiance with indoor and outdoor seating. Great happy hour selections - both drinks and food. The truffle cheese fries are delicious, as are the sweet potato fries (like a dessert!). I originally discovered Eureka in Berkeley, and endured the long wait, for what I had been told good food. I wasn't disappointed, and was excited when Eureka in Roseville opened. I finally had the opportunity to check it out, and Eureka has made its mark! We went early enough in hopes of checking out happy hour. Happy hour didn't seem to offer much, so we opted for an early dinner. We ordered a regular Eureka cheeseburger with the mac & cheese balls instead of the fries. The beer cheese was meh, and didn't seem to pair well with the spicy balls. I don't know that they were worth the money for the up charge. The burger was basic, and not much to write home about. The bone marrow burger which is in limited supply was tasty. Perfectly grilled, flavored, and definitely something that is on the try again list. The marrow is aged and mixed with a shiitake butter that makes every bite delicious. The Fresno fig burger is the usual go to at the other location, and I opted to order it here. Layered with melted goat cheese, fig jam, and ask for the grilled onions to complete the taste profile. It's tasty!! We found the service to be rather slow considering it was fairly empty. We all wanted to sit outside, but the recent air quality has been less than kind. Maybe the service would have been better ?!? The server was polite, but definitely not engaged with being there, so when he went on break, we figured that the woman that took his place might be more engaged. Nope. She said hello, and only returned with the check... while we were still eating. The food is good, the service experience not so much. Go for the food. Sit outside when it's nicer out. The food, a grilled chicken sandwich and fish and chips were just tossed into a box and the arugula salad side dish had no dressing. Was very excited to come here and give this place a try the first time I came here . I got the grill chicken sandwich and the steak with the bone marrow butter. The food was okay but nothing mind blowing. Second time I visit this place i got the Alpastor tacos the arugula salad was good but the salmon on does tacos had a strong unpleasant smell . Okay, for a chain restaurant we were SO surprised! Our sever (super sweet with glasses) was totally on it and our food and drinks came our promptly and delicious. We recommend the brussels sprouts and mac and cheese balls, both were very tasty! The cauliflower was unimpressive, however not bad by any means. We really liked the burger with bacon, fig jam and goat cheese. Ordered medium it was perfectly still pink inside, and the bun didn't fall apart like so many do. It's not always the first impression that builds most loyalty, as told in our stellar visit yesterday Thursday, 8/8/24) At every step of dinner, taking drink and appetizer order, special lemon asks from my wife, and ensuring if busy, that a manager would bring our drinks; Just Spot On! Collecting our dinner order also brought some unique customizations from my wife and I, but Eva G was not only a great steward in the process, but pulled it off masterfully and without blinking an eye. When we go to Eureka! we always love to sit at high top table, facing out to bar and outdoor seating. Even with the 104+ hot air creeping into restaurant, the ambiance was sublime and temperature manageable. Appetizers and dinner, simply sublime! Not a single issue with taste, temperature, quantity, and/or accuracy with customizations. One funny thing to share would be the sheer size and weight of new menus, but outside of us helping Eva spill a glass of water, our dinner and night out was just great. Went to Eureka! With my fiancé for a date night as we have done in the past. Food and service are usually extremely wonderful. I walked in, got seated right away, then sat there as employees walked around, lookinf at our table but did not come to us to bring waters or even ask if we were ready to order. We ended up waiting a bit longer and then got fed up and walked out. As we were leaving an employee was right behind us and said nothing. I also had a piece or two of the Mac n cheese balls and the truffle fries. BEST TRUFFLE FRIES & MAC N CHEESE BALLS EVER. Enough said.
