Finance manager was awesome and helpful. Luke at service is knowledgeable and helpful in getting me in a loaner car while my car is in service. The only thing I think needs improvement is scheduling appointment for service, it is really far out and also there is no express service for like oil change. I was considering buying a car from them long distance, but the sales person got super defensive about simple questions from the pictures that I saw stating that a mark on the hood was sap from a tree bc it was parked under a tree. Why is a $50,000 car parked under a tree leaking sap? Also, front end damage repair noted in the Carfax was not clearly explained and chips that were noted were going to be touched up by him with a paintbrush. What? So I called to speak to the certified preowned sales manager, and he never returned my call. I emailed him returning an email he had sent to me when I first inquired, no response. The worst customer service. How is this a luxury car dealership? I've used this place for service several times. Every time, even though I have an appointment, the service is not even STARTED the same day! They sometimes offer a loaner, but that doesn't help me because I have my kids' car seats in my vehicle. If you can't keep an 8:00 am weekday appointment, you need to let the customer know so they can make other arrangements. They don't proactively offer updates either-- it's always me calling 6 hours later, only to find out they just started and can't stop the maintenance so that I can pick up my vehicle that night if I need it. I recently purchased a vehicle on 5/9/26 from Euro Motorcars Devon and paid nearly $80,000 in cash. Unfortunately, on 5/12/26, after the sale, It was discovered that I had been given and signed a purchase agreement containing the wrong VIN number entirely. This was a serious administrative error that understandably caused concern. To be fair, both my sales representative and the Finance Director acknowledged the mistake and apologized professionally, even providing the error in writing as I requested. My issue is specifically with the General Manager, Randy Clements. Despite multiple calls and emails requesting a conversation regarding this very serious issue, Mr. Clements never responded to me at all. No return call, no email, and not even a simple apology from him, after the dealership received such a substantial purchase from me. As a black female customer, paying a substantial amount in cash for a car via his dealership, being completely ignored by upper management after an error involving incorrect legal vehicle documentation was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen at any dealership. What matters is how leadership handles them. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and customer care from the General Manager left a very negative impression.I intend on making sure that no one I know conducts any business at this MB location. We have been a customer for almost 2 years and always great experiences until this past repair. Super poor to no communication until my car was transported to a remote central shop where no one in the shop knew when the car might be repaired. Waited a couple of days to be told the problem was found and needed to wait for parts from Germany and again nobody knew when the parts would have been available. I asked for a loaner was told Nah, can't find one until it was 2wks after. In between communication was close to none. Called the shop and asked to talk to a manager, left a voice mail and nobody returned the call. During the day of pick up, I was informed car's ready for pick up at 5:46pm where I was at work 1hour away and the alternative was to extend to return at 9am the second day. Wow, I was treated with poor communication and as I owned the shop lots of debts. Avoid at all costs and the repair was ok and it highly depends on the appointed service manager and the one I had this time had provided no service nor any professionalism or respect. I made an appointment at Euro Motorcars Devon Mercedes-Benz two (2) weeks prior for leaking rear corroded brake lines on my extremely well-maintained, dealer-serviced 2011 ML-350. I brought the car in at 7:30AM on a Tuesday; advised the technician specifically what the issue was with the car; and waited for their advice. After I followed-up one (1) day later where I was advised a technician would be free to look at it the next day; two (2) days after I brought it in (at my appointed day and time), I received a video describing what the issue was (the exact same issue I had advised them two days earlier day when I brought it in at my appointed day and time)! A few hours later I received a quote to replace the corroded brake lines for get this ... $7,065. I understand dealerships like this charge a lot more than independent garages and mechanics, but $7,065 to replace some brake lines?! IMHO that was the dealership telling me, "No thank you, we don't want to do this work but if we do, you will pay us an exorbitant amount of money". There is NO way replacing some corroded brake lines on a well-maintained 2011 car should cost that much. No way. What made it even worse was the fact they had the nerve to charge me $222.61 for doing the "assessment" when I already told them exactly what the problem was when I brought the car in, yet they held on to my car needlessly for two (2) days, waiting to look at it and then quoted that absurd amount of money! After a prior sub-standard issue I had with this dealership where I shared my opinion with my assigned service technician and also their online survey questionnaire (to which I (unsurprisingly) never received a response), I will never ... ever step foot in this business again ... and neither should you if you value your time and money. read more

This was my experience with purchasing a Mercedes Benz (MB) from Euro Motorcars Devon. I owned the car from Aug '21 through June '22. During this 10 month period, the car was in the MB repair shop 79 days (one time MB kept my car 43 days straight) meeting the Lemon Law criteria for the state of PA and many, if not, all other states. Because MB does not allow loaner cars to be driven out of state (or so I was told), I had to cancel family commitments/holiday celebrations and vacations or incur the rental car costs myself. MB apparently likes to play hardball with its customers. So much for purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes Benz. POOR SALES EXPERIENCE Another MB dealer quite appropriately said that I had had a "bad sales experience" with MB Devon. When I purchased the car from Euro Motorcars Devon in June, 2021(to take delivery the first of Aug '21), it was my understanding that car would be one already in US. On 19 July 2021(less than two weeks prior to when I was to take delivery), I was told car would be coming from Mexico and a few days later was required to sign a waiver if I wanted the car as the SOS system was missing. MB Devon gave a $300 credit and said SOS system would be installed probably in fall at no cost. If I had had time to negotiate for a different brand car, I would have done so rather than sign the waiver. The SOS system was not installed until the spring of 2022. In Oct 2021, I, as well as the gas attendants, could not get the gas cap back on when I stopped for gas while driving the PA Turnpike. I called the sales associate, M Vaccaro, who refused to facilitate connection with the service department, left me on hold, and eventually I was cut off. I asked to speak with T Palmer and had to leave a message. He never returned my call. POOR FOLLOWUP WITH REQUIRED DOCUMENTS I did not receive my registration and title until March 2022 despite purchasing the car in Aug 2021. I was moving and gave my new contact information to T Palmer when I picked up the car Aug 2021. He mishandled coordination of the information and did not even followup when my registration was returned to the dealership in Oct 2021 as undeliverable. I was told many different and conflicting stories about how resubmission to PennDOT was being handled by T Palmer and R Clements. I was never able to get the straight story from either of them. REFUSAL TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE REFUND Because MB could never fix the problem and could not assure me that other systems in the A220 would be unaffected by this problem, I got rid of the car for safety and reliability reasons. I had purchased a five year tire warranty and a five year maintenance warranty. The tire warranty was prorated and a refund given after numerous emails to R Clements and unnecessary delays. However, the maintenance warranty was not -- essentially putting $2200 into the pocket of MB for no service. MB sold me a lemon by PA law, could not fix the problem, and then refused to refund the never used and never to be used maintenance warranty. In my opinion, this points to and confirms the lack of honesty and incompetence demonstrated by the Devon MB staff throughout the entire process. The Consumer Report's ranking for the most reliable cars of 2023 (based on the past three model years) named MB the least reliable brand--that was certainly my experience. Because MB Devon was consistently not forthright with me, you can expect the same in their response to this evaluation. read more

When I went to Euro this morning and test drove a car I told them I wanted to put a deposit on it immediately and then needed to bring my disabled mother in law back to make sure she could comfortably get into and out of the car. Joe, the sales manager, refused to take a deposit because he said another person , who he admitted came in after me and hadn't test drove the vehicle yet was also interested in it, he admitted I was interested in the car first. He said "it's a different world now in this business, I have to sell the car to whomever will pay first"So apparently in this new world it is ok to DISCRIMINATE against people with a disability if they need a little extra time. On April 11, 2023, I dropped off my 2016 300 C, that I purchased from this agency, for service. While I was waiting for the loaner car, I went to showroom to look at the 2023 300 C models. I met Quintin Campbell a new sales associate at the agency. Quintin was great! He was bright, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We went on a test drive, and I was hooked. When we returned to the agency and discussed the features I wanted in the new car, he told me that a model I was interested in purchasing was expected to be delivered later that week. After agreeing on a purchase price, I signed the sales agreement and left a $1000 deposit. A few days later Quintin called and informed me that the vehicle had not been delivered as promised. He anticipated it would arrive the following week. I contacted him in the beginning of the following week; he informed me the vehicle was "on the water." I told Quintin that I could wait and was leaving for a trip that Sunday. I told him if the vehicle could not be delivered on Friday, April 21st, I would complete the purchase when I returned two weeks later. Upon returning from my trip, I called Quintin who informed me they could not find the vehicle. I found this difficult to believe. In my experience automobile agencies do not lose vehicles. He told me Devon would find another car with the same features, he also told me the agency had received another 300C that had more features and would cost more. I told him I wanted the car we had agreed upon. By this time, I was very frustrated and decided to call the General Manager, Randy Clements, to discuss my experience. I left my phone number in his voice mail. The next day I had to bring the car I had just paid over $500 to service back to the Agency to fix a problem that apparently resulted from the service. While I was waiting I stopped in the showroom to speak with Quintin to find out when I would get my car. Since I was at the agency I asked if I could see the vehicle with additional features he had told me about and was informed that it had been sold the night before. A few days later I called and was informed that another car had been located and would be transported to the dealership. When I asked when it would arrive I was told it was enroute. Later that day or the next Quintin called and told me the car had arrived, but it needed a part that had been ordered. I asked when it would be ready and was told I could pick it up on Friday, May 12th at noon. On my way to the dealership Quintin called and said the car would not be ready as promised. I told him if the car was not ready I wanted my deposit back. When I arrived at noon and the car was not ready I told Quintin I was done. I asked for the return of the $1000 deposit; he told me he would get the check. Instead of the check his sales manager came out and asked me how he could make up for all of the problems. He offered to give me an additional $500 or $1000 off the price. I told him I did not want the money, indeed I found this offer an insult. The sales manager said they would reverse the transaction with my credit card company. As I write this email on May 20th, I have been informed by American Express, the charge has not been reversed. I called the dealership and was informed they needed something from the salesman. As of this date, my call to General Manager Clements has not been returned. I'm not surprised since a previous message I left with him a few years ago about a problem I had experienced with the service department was never returned. There's an ancient Turkish proverb, "A fish rots from the head down." There is something definitely rotten at the Mercedes Benz Dealership in Devon, PA. I believe during all of this that the salesman was sincere and merely conveyed the information he had been provided. I regret that he did not receive a commission for the sale. As to his immediate boss and the general manager who does not have the courtesy to return a call, I have no concerns whatsoever. One final point, when I left the Devon dealership on May 12th, I drove 12 miles to Mercedes Benz of West Chester. In less than 3 hours I purchased a 2023, 300C and drove it home. I test drove a 2017 Jaguar F-type convertible at this dealership with salesman Kim Rodriguez. I had one a few years back and loved it, and I made clear I didn't need to be sold on the car. The car was great during the test drive--EXCEPT for an absurdly loud squeak coming the driver's seat, which was crazy loose, and that you could hear even over the performance exhaust. I made clear to Mr. Rodriguez that I would buy the car if we could agree on price--AND that the squeak must be completely fixed before delivery. It was a squeak, not a cracked engine block. Meantime, we made a deal; he accepted my offer; I gave him $1000 down and literally went to the bank the same day and got a cashier's check. Long story short, the dealership refused to fix the squeak; Rodriguez scolded me on the phone saying "Well they're not gonna work on it for three days" (My response: "Your service guys need to work on it as long as it takes") and "We're a Mercedes dealer not a Jaguar dealer (My response: ("But you're selling me a Jaguar."). They finally just told me they wouldn't fix it despite our deal, and that I could take it or leave it despite his promise to fix it. This is large dealer selling very expensive, high-end cars, but acting like a shifty, back-road used car lot with a cigar-chomping salesman in a $50 suit. I didn't even get any response from two emails to the GM, and to the pre-owned manager, Joe Soranno. One Michael Vaccaro tried to get me to sign the paperwork online before delivery, which would have locked me into the deal, another dishonest act. Problem Went Undiagnosed Twice - Costing Us Another  Auto Repair Insurance Deductible  They make time to take your money, but no time to address or correct their mistakes.  We took our '12 GL 450  to them in April of last year for a pre-purchase inspection when the car had only 47K miles. Only 3400 miles later in February of this year the front suspension was low. They checked the air suspension system & the leaking right front airmatic strut was replaced.  This May, only 3 months and 475 miles later they saw our car for its annual inspection. It passed, however it was recommended that the level tensioner bars be replaced.  How is it that it was not recommended during the pre purchase inspection nor when we brought it in earlier this year for the strut?  The replacement NOW recommended is part of the suspension system.   How do you check one without checking the other? We have auto repair insurance with a deductible.    Had the car been properly diagnosed when they had the car previously, our insurance would have already covered it OR we could have negotiated with the seller before buying the car.   Not only do they provide sub par repair service, but their CUSTOMER SERVICE is poor. They have ignored 3 attempts over the course of a month to address this. They make time to take your money, but no time to address or correct their mistakes. read more

Worst dealership I've been to. We made an appointment few days in advance and arrived on time. The sales person who contacted us was working with someone else and just seems to be in a big rush. No greeting, no introduction, just grab my driver's license and led us to the parked car. 15 seconds introduction and we are on our own for the test drive. I would expect the sales person to actually try to sell the car and at least go over some of the main features. And usually they sit with you during the test drive to give directions and answer questions. Not here, it's almost like he just try to get us out of the door so he can go back to whatever he's doing. We took a quick test drive and went back; no one's there asking us how things are. The receptionist just sit there playing with her cell phone. We asked her about our sales person and she said he will be right out. We waited 10 minutes and nothing. I eventually have to track him down and he seems to be talking to some other buyer. At this point, we just walked out. Throughout, not a single person inside the dealership talked to us or ask us if we need any help. And it's not like there are tons of customers there, the show room was pretty empty. This is honestly the worst car buying experience we ever had. Even all the regular brands have way better services than this one; hard to imaging this is a dealership for a luxury brand. And this is when you try to buy the car. Update: After submitting the review, I did hear back from both the sales manager and the general manager. Both are pretty sincere and trying to make things right. But first impression is pretty important to us and we really don't have time for do overs. So we are moving on to some other dealers. Anyway, at least the management seems pretty nice and responsive. After buying my CPO I realized they didn't give me the key for my roof rack. When I contacted the salesman, he said he didn't have one and just go to home depot. I did and Home Depot couldn't help me as they only make duplicate keys. Frustrated that the roof rake was lock in my roof and the salesman would help so I called another Mercedes dealer and the manager said no problem. He ordered me one and had it mailed right to my house (did even charge me). He said next time I need a car, call him and I will. Need to post about the great customer service I experienced over the last two weeks. I leased a GLE350 in the middle of December. Over New Years Eve, some clown slashed 140 tires in the Wayne area. My Mercedes were two of those tires. I called the dealership to start my insurance claim and that's when they blew my mind. Luke Rutledge, my service advisor, said that they wanted to replace both tires at no cost to me since I had just leased the vehicle!! No need to fill out insurance paperwork or anything. They, then, picked up the car from my house, replaced the tires and drove it back the same day!! Also needed the car certified because we were considering buying the car off a lease which ends in January 2023. No one called me at all. When I tried to call the number that they text me, it didn't work - 610-347-5647. When I finally got ahold of someone two days after I dropped it off for service, NO WORK HAD BEEN DONE...NOTHING. I never received a phone call. Picked up the car and on my way to another MB dealer that knows what the F*** they are doing. I did take my car (2016 GLA)  this worst shop to check a warning light ( Collision Assist Inoperative). My appointment  was scheduled for 12/14 at 0745. Under the advise of your staff I brought the car the night before around 1945. As Instructed I dropped my keys in the night drop and parked my car near by the service bay. I did not hear from anyone with any updates entire day on Tuesday 12/14. Around 4 pm I did call the shop  and everyone was acting as I was calling  from out of space , inquiring about something they had no clue, from the receptionist and to what I later found out to be my adviser " Ernesto".  Ernesto  was very arrogant at best , continuously talking over  and acting as I had inconvenient  him. I was told since I had not put my keys  to the envelop and they had no idea about my car ( not true as the service was already scheduled with specific reason)   the car was not seen on Tuesday , by anyone!  Ernesto explained to me that I would receive a link  with instructions  and that the car would be checked in on Wednesday . Disappointed from the experience so far , I said OK. On Wednesday I waited all day for an update. I called numerous times and no one answered . In one of the phone calls I was transferred back to Ernesto's voicemail  (which was   never  returned ) and  requested a call back with an update .  At  12 30 in the afternoon  I received a text with a link to pay for the service which I did $201.35 and a message that the car was ready for pick up and they wanted to know what time I would pick up. I responded by saying I would be there between 5 and 5:30. My wife drops me off to the shop to pick up my car  only to find out that my car was not checked at all and Mr. Ernesto   continuing with his arrogance could not give me one explanation as to why my care was not checked in ? Why did I receive three  misleading text messages telling me my car was done and that I was to pick it up?  And by the way , every time I interacted with your staff , from the receptionist to Ernesto , everyone acted as they had no clue who I was  and what my situation was, despite the fact that I had communicated with them yesterday , the day before, Monday ,  and the first time three weeks ago when I scheduled service appointment. read more

When my windshield was cracked by a rock on my new 2022 S580 no one could find a replacement. "Backordered" "No ETA" "Nowhere to be found." "Sorry, can't help you." Over and over until I went to the dealership where I bought the car and the Parts Manager, Joe Singer, literally went the extra mile. He not only found the windshield at a dealership in Maryland but sent someone to get it right away. That's customer service. Actually, everyone there was great. My wife and I have had the worst experience dealing with this dealership and their incompetent, unwilling to help staff. We leased our GLC 300 in May 2017. Since that time it has been back at the dealership almost a dozen different times with glitches and mechanical errors. In the month of March/ April 2018 the car was in the shop for a total of 10 days over 3 different times, 2 of the times for the same issue that the mechanics there couldn't seem to fix the so-called recall. To make this more frustrating there was a recall on the breaks and upon returning the car to us they put the parts on backwards causing the car to jerk to the left and off the road while driving, of course the service department noted this issue as it need an alignment but let's be serious one of their drivers delivered the car in that state back to us. To top that off who knows how much more damage that caused the car. We have dealt with Jeremey Rettew who is our service advisor, we've spoken to Pam from finance department and mainly to the manager of the service department,Thomas Lathbury, who provided us with a record of the issues on August 31, 2018. Since that time we have not heard anything from anyone at that dealership who can help us get out of this terrible lease. We have called, left voice messages, texts and emails almost daily. Over a week ago my wife wrote a very extensive email letting them know our next step was to write a public review and go above and no one cared about that either. My wife has owned plenty of new cars ranging from Mitsubishi, Ford, Nissan, Audi and Mercedes and we would would never recommend Mercedes let alone Euro motor cars. We thought our 1st leasing/ Mercedes experience was going to be easier on us especially since Mercedes claims to be very reliable and customer service oriented. However this has been a nightmare and continues to be since no one seems competent enough to help us with our situation. The lack of professionalism from the staff their is beyond appalling. They do not care about their customers, their service department in general sucks, is managed terribly and their lack of follow up is the worst we have ever seen by such a big company. Hopefully this can save someone else the trouble of being frustrated, neglected and basically robbed. Their is nothing worse then paying almost $1000 a month for a car that is basically a lemon. In the shop more than not, having to have a dirty rental car, not being able to talk to someone who can help you with your very legitimate list of complaints and not even getting a response from those who told you they were working on helping. I had to replace my earlier review after such a poor service experience. I took my car in June I said the car vibrates and needs it's 20k mike service. They told me the issue was the tires in the front and it needs alignment. I ended up dishing out 2600 bucks for new tires plus service. I got my car back and it was still vibrating. I got a text the next day from David Stressman in service asking me to review. I text to let him know that the vibration didn't go away. He said sorry I should schedule to get it back in. I was busy so I did t have an opportunity to go in. I went last week and they said they don't have time to fix but he would call me to schedule with loaner. I said fine never got a call but an email, I brought the car in. Was told that balancing rotation was gonna cost a few hundred bucks. I said shouldn't the balancing be done when the car was brought in the first time I replaced tires. The room the car and it's been 4 days. Now. All I get is we will call you when it's ready. No updates or anything. I write multiple emails and texts and three hours later I get a vague text that they are waiting for thumbs up from foreman. I have spent money and time on this car and the ruby red loaner I have is too small for my family. I brought in a GLS550 and received a small suv that I have been using to get my family around for 4 days and I keep thinking today is the day it will be fixed. No call or response from Dave who is never at desk.... Horrible service experience. I hope it's just a fluke but I will never be bringing my car here for service again. read more

Bought a Metris from them two years ago. Vehicle has odor of gasoline in the cab. Apparently this is an issue with the vehicle. They replaced the tank and accompanying parts last year and assured us it was fixed. Since then we have scheduled various services (key word-SCHEDULED). This is a work vehicle so huge inconvenience. The vehicle has never been completed on time as promised nor did they call to say it wasn't done on time. Now the best yet!! Cold weather hits and the gasoline smell is worse then ever. They attempted to tell us it would be $700 to fix something they failed to fix last year. The service manager agreed it was still a warranty issue. They had the vehicle do one day and returned it SMELLING LIKE AIR FRESHENER!! This morning the gas smell is overwhelmingly sickening. Plan to contact an attorney and see what Euro plans to do. So I am updating my review as I have FINALLY gotten a resolution and a check. Something that should have happened 5 months ago. Thanks to Yelp, I was contacted by the dealerships customer service manager and was promptly given a resolution. I was never given an explanation of why this happened but I do appreciate the immediate resolution from this particular manager. He was very helpful. I am happy to have gotten everything resolved. My wife and I drove for an hour to to purchase a CPO S550 on Saturday, Jan 2, 2015. The salesperson Kim Rodriguez was very helpful and spent time with us to go over the car and its features, etc. The car needed some maintenance work (brakes) and Kim offered to get it fixed and deliver the car on Monday. Unfortunately, once the "Manager", Charles showed up, things went south. He was arrogant and rude. Did not seem to me that he wanted to make a deal. He did not even wanted to touch up some of the paint, which Kim had already offered to take care of saying "I am not going to paint the car for you!). I was not expecting them to "paint" my car, but to perform some touch-ups! My wife and I left the dealership with a sour taste in our mouths! The 2 stars are only because of Kim, otherwise, 1 would have been plenty. Paul: thanks for your response. To further clarify, the said car was communicated to me as CPO and was advertised as such on your website. Also, I was promised that the brakes and the thumping sound that was coming would be taken care of; hence, the delivery on Monday! Seems to be that either the ad was false or your internal communication should be improved. read more
