Tom H was incredible to work with. He was super kind, funny and professional! I explained my situation and Tom and Anthony did a wonderful job understanding my situation and keeping the price of the car in my budget!!!

Parts are worth $22.65. Labor??? $182.35. To replace a nut and a bolt.

Will not be returning to this dealership for any future services or purchases of vehicles. I knew I should have gone to a smaller locally owned shop to get my vehicle serviced as the larger chains up-charge, but I thought incorrectly since I purchased my vehicle from this dealership it would be best to get it serviced here. I was wrong. I brought my car in for its annual state inspections and there was an issue found with one of the nuts in my tire. The cost to fix it? $200. For one nut. I will be researching locally owned and reputable mechanics in the future because I can't help but think I am being taken advantage of at this dealership.

I called sales to test drive the new VW electric car. No one in sales picked up. I was on hold for 5 minutes plus.

The worst customer service. How is this a luxury car dealership? I've used this place for service…read moreseveral times. Every time, even though I have an appointment, the service is not even STARTED the same day! They sometimes offer a loaner, but that doesn't help me because I have my kids' car seats in my vehicle. If you can't keep an 8:00 am weekday appointment, you need to let the customer know so they can make other arrangements. They don't proactively offer updates either-- it's always me calling 6 hours later, only to find out they just started and can't stop the maintenance so that I can pick up my vehicle that night if I need it. I don't know how this place is still in business.

This was a serious administrative error that understandably caused concern. To be fair, both my sales representative and the Finance Director acknowledged the mistake and apologized professionally, even providing the error in writing as I requested. My issue is specifically with the General Manager, Randy Clements. Despite multiple calls and emails requesting a conversation regarding this very serious issue, Mr. Clements never responded to me at all. No return call, no email, and not even a simple apology from him, after the dealership received such a substantial purchase from me. As a black female customer, paying a substantial amount in cash for a car via his dealership, being completely ignored by upper management after an error involving incorrect legal vehicle documentation was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen at any dealership. What matters is how leadership handles them. Unfortunately, the lack of accountability and customer care from the General Manager left a very negative impression.I intend on making sure that no one I know conducts any business at this MB location. I have logged a complaint with Mercedes Benz Corporate.

I will use this location again since it's more convenient for me. They have a nice seating area and of course where you can get coffee and little snacks while you eat and they have a little area off to the side. Sales Manager Frank Muto demonstrated his business savvy AND much appreciated sense of humor with this weary and cranky buyer. Sales Specialist Drew Wendle was patient, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to get me into my new vehicle that very day. Even Joe, the Technology Genius, made sure I was up to speed with the cool BMW tech features before leaving the lot. This was my second purchase from BMW/Devon and I made both purchases with confidence of a reputable dealership AND a BMW Ultimate Driving Machine! Thanks Again! Pat W

I went in with an expectation with my trade-in and was met on the nose. Literally. I paid $6.00 more than the number I quoted for a monthly. $6.00. Later I get a call saying it was ready to go. It was just the battery.. WHAT if it was overheating and leaking? The service lady said "oh it's leaking, I'll have them check it again tomorrow ok" The next day I had to call for an update. They said it needed antifreeze so it's ready for pickup. Tuesday afternoon I pick it up and drive it for 10min. I'm on 202 and the dashboard has ENGINE HOT, ENGINE OVERHEATING STOP ENGINE, CHANGE ENGINE OIL SOON? I called the dealership and asked if they even checked it!? They had it for 2 days! I had to turn off the vehicle and wait until it cooled down to drive it back. I was given a loaner. Thursday I called for an update, they said they are still trying to figure out the issue. My husband was very upset and remembered he took a picture of the leak and sent it to them. Friday I called and said they found the issue haha what yall clearly didn't find it until my husband sent the picture. They called the warranty company and 24 to 48 hr they will send an adjuster to look at it on Monday or Tuesday. The issue was that the rear heater hose was punctured by the rear faculty bolt. I was not called back to inform me on what was going on, I had to call for updates... Tuesday the adjuster went and Wednesday I called for an update and the lady from service said she has not heard anything yet and I should give the warranty company a call like what I have to do your job now? Fine. So I called since I needed my vehicle for work and they were going to call them soon. Thursday called the dealer and she said again "I haven't heard from them" so do you just sit and wait for them to call you back or call for updates for your clients? I didn't think this was like dealing with an all used dealership. :/ I was back and forth with the warranty company and dealership. Final decision the coverage was DENIED. Because of the weight shit reason. So why did I buy the warranty? I mentioned I wanted to cancel the warranty and they said I could do it over the phone when I picked up the vehicle on Thursday night and took it to a mechanic. Called on Friday to cancel it but they never picked up. Today 11/10/25 I called to cancel the warranty and now I have to take the vehicle to them to do so. When I was told I could do it over the phone y'all just had my vehicle for 2 weeks and nothing was done just go off of the miles it has from the service dept and CANCEL it.
