I am writing this review after exhausting every reasonable attempt to resolve this matter…read moreprivately. I purchased my vehicle from Flow Volkswagen and later brought it back to Flow for a paid diagnostic visit due to coolant loss, drivability issues, and a check engine light. I paid for that diagnostic, and was told nothing significant was found. Shortly afterward, my independent mechanic discovered multiple serious, pre-existing issues that were either missed during Flow's diagnostic or tied directly to Flow's pre-sale service work. These included: An improperly installed water pump, missing required hardware Multiple coolant leaks and compromised cooling system integrity Corrosion and failing components related to the cooling and PCV systems A rear main seal leak requiring transmission removal Severe carbon buildup and injector issues causing drivability problems These were not minor wear-and-tear issues. The improperly installed cooling system created a real risk of sudden coolant loss and catastrophic engine damage. My independent mechanic immediately identified problems that Flow failed to catch despite charging for a diagnostic. Most concerning, Flow later acknowledged in writing that a critical component related to the water pump had not been installed correctly and offered to supply the missing part--confirming that the vehicle had been sold to me in an unsafe condition. Because of the risk involved and the lack of timely resolution, I was forced to authorize immediate repairs through my primary mechanic to prevent further damage. Those repairs totaled several thousand dollars. While Flow eventually refunded the diagnostic fee, that does not begin to address the broader issue: the vehicle was sold with improperly installed components, significant defects were missed during a paid diagnostic, and I was left to absorb the cost and stress of correcting those failures. I attempted to resolve this through: Direct communication with dealership management Volkswagen of America Better Business Bureau mediation A formal complaint with the North Carolina Attorney General At no point was this handled proactively or transparently by the dealership. I am leaving this review to warn other buyers: do not assume pre-sale inspections or paid diagnostics at this dealership are thorough or reliable. If you purchase or service a vehicle here, have it independently inspected immediately. I wish I had.

May sound odd, I am willing to pay for quality and not wasting my time. Several places said they did not work on the air suspension. My last mechanic retiring, I was looking for a good place. He does a great job, is a good communicator and appears to genuinely car about his clients. He treats everyone with the highest respect. Well, my situation just got a lot worse. I picked up my car on Friday the 11th and paid $2,314.95…read moredollars for a new fuel injector, 4 new spark plugs, labor, and parts. They also did a "complimentary" oil change, but I know there was pink residue (coolant) in the oil reservoir as I saw it with my own eyes. I also noticed 4 spark plugs had liquid residue coming from them before I took it in. I picked up the car towards the end of business hours. Driving home, I noticed my air conditioning was only blowing hot air. When I got home, I also noticed the hole in my bumper where my tow cap should be. I took the car back at 8am this Saturday morning thinking they would have the tow cap and just have to reconnect the compressor harness or a vacuum hose forgotten after installing the new fuel injection. They told me to call the tow company myself and now want more money for a new AC compressor that wasn't a problem when I went in. THIS is the EXACT type of business I would expect from the horrible company Eurohaus! They wanted to nickel and dime me too as every problem fixed just turned into a new problem. I'm beginning to think it IS Audi and not just my one time experience with EuroBahn. I explained the situation to a service technician at Audi of Greensboro, NC and there was nothing but the compressor was not part of the problem. I just didn't understand how I can bring my vehicle in with zero air conditioning issues and walk out with no air conditioning at all and it's my fault. The AC didn't work when I left so wouldn't the compressor have gone bad during the 3 days they had the car? Why was the compressor not checked on the final look over? Why was I not informed the air conditioning didn't work while going over my itemized bill? Does Audi not check everything or even simple things like working AC during one of the hottest years when the work is finished? Now, my AC doesn't work and I have a hole in my bumper which just took my trade-in/resale value down over $1,000 dollars. At this point...Audi, EuroBahn, and Service Center @ Audi of Greensboro have ruined my love for performance cars. Please congratulate Audi and the service center as they have officially broken me. I politely asked about the charge, and the owner immediately became extremely hostile. He began yelling, cursing, and throwing things during the interaction. As a female customer, I found his behavior intimidating and completely unacceptable, especially since it occurred in front of his young child. I showed up the morning of my appointment and was unsure where to enter for service, as I didn't see any SERVICE signs. Pulled around to the bay in the back and sat there. The door never opened and I could see a person sitting at the counter inside. They ignored me. After a few minutes, I backed out and left. I was so disgusted that I considered making the 2-hour drive back to Durham for future service. On my drive home I passed the Volvo dealership right down the street from Flow. I could clearly see the SERVICE sign and decided to look online for any good deals on a new Volvo. Filled out a form online and Volvo called me within the hour. So, I drove back to the Volvo dealership, met the most amazing staff I've ever encountered at a car dealership, and left with a brand new 2026 Volvo! Flow, let this be a lesson. You lost my business that day. I happily traded in my RDX for another car and MUCH BETTER Customer Service. I would give my experience with Flow zero stars, if possible, and would not recommend anyone do business there.

So the receptionist...Despite asking for a page, or no matter who I asked for, I kept being transferred to a voicemail identified by a 5 digit extension. No way to tell who this belonged to but lm first day. No response for second day, so called to ask sales manager Jason to inquire. Told the receptionist and clarified I did not want a vm. Several calls asking for my sales guy. Several for Jason. Same receptionist. Guess what I got. That's right. VMsin the abyss. No way to back out of non manned extension vm. So an exercise in frustration. System hangs up. Slipping biz practices In my opinion. Go to Greensboro acura people. These folks are in the anti sales department. You will be sorry you bought there.
