Europa has the absolute best Brooklyn pie. I grew up on NYC pizza and this ticks all the boxes...crispy thin crust, chunky tomato sauce perfectly seasoned and not salty like a lot of other places. The ratio of cheese to sauce and crust is spot on. The eggplant parmigiana dinner is also excellent as is their regular plain pie. The staff and owners are always pleasant and appreciative of their customers. Europa is a winner in my opinion. read more

Food is not that good. Just ate some chicken noodle soup. No noodles, practically no chicken. Experience with wings - sometimes cooked so cripsy that's all you get. If I ask for wings to be cooked a little less, they are almost raw. Employees not willing to make things right. I still eat there because it is up the street and convenient. read more

My previous review still stands. Their pizza crust is getting thinner and thinner, unless you order a Sicilian or the Chicago pie. However, their pies are good. Their wraps and sandwiches are good but their sides aren't. The fries taste old. Sometimes freezer burnt. And the sides are definitely overpriced. Driving past here for years finally stopped off, first time got 2 slices and soda for $4.99, today got a Buffalo Chicken cheesesteak on it toasted roll with crumble cheese topped off with American cheese, With a side order of french fries all for $7.99. Definitely would recommend read more

The pizza is left out as one reviewer mentioned; that is not good. There is no ambiance because the restaurant is old. And there is no A/C, hot as hell. What I don't like are the fees when ordering online. Tip, delivery fee, support local fee. What is support local fee? Their website states: This small fee helps us develop the new tech and services that keeps pizzerias thriving. WTF? I am no longer ordering online. Not my job to support new tech fees for this place. I had a cheeseburger and it was the worse cheeseburger I ever ate. Did not taste like a cheeseburger. Manager would not do anything about it. read more

We were far from home and we wanted a good meal. I searched yelp as well as other sites, and this place had good review so we decided that we would try it. It's a small restaurant but it was cute inside. From the moment we walked in you could smell good food cooking. The food was exceptionally good! We ordered the shrimp scampi and chicken parm, both were delicious! The pasta was al dente and the garlic bread was hot and yummy! I definitely would recommend this place. read more

I must say this review is based solely off appearance. After what l witnessed l went home and made a sandwich! Upon entering it smelled like mold, place is a little old but they could have cleaned better. And the pizza was just sitting out on the pie tray in the open air and uncovered. It looked dry! Dude people are catching COVID left and right! So cover up the food! I can only imagine how unsanitary they were before the pandemic!!!!!! Finally, DELICIOUS pizza in Mansfield at Europa, under new management. (Sorry, Picolisimo's is still open because of location not because their food and/or pizza tastes any good. Their pizza is burnt on top and soggy under.) Europa's pizza has a crisp crust, the sauce is not overly salty, and the pie has the perfect amount of cheese. Did I mention the crispy crust? I have had great pies here, but the other day I got 4 plain slices & two cans for $11! Highly recommended. read more

Been going there for years as one of our regular stops. Informal dress. Very friendly owner and family makes you feel at home. BYOB wine or beer and they will gladly provide set ups. Sodas, sparkling water, iced teas, hot tea, coffee, etc. on the menu. They carry an array of great Italian dishes. Try the eggplant parmigiana one of our go to dishes. Haven't had a meal yet that we did not enjoy. The pizzas are great. They have an Old Fashion pizza which has San Marzano hunks of tomatoes. Yummy is the description. Also try the thin crust Brooklyn pizza. This one we usually order ahead when eating in as we prefer it well done with some crunch on the edges and bottom. The regular pizzas are great as well and again we ask for those well done. Be prepared for a little wait while eating in as everything is basically prepared to order and that's fine with us. They also prepare take outs, either pick up or delivery. Bottom line: Good food, good quality, good staff and friendly owners, reasonable family prices. This is my go to joint for Pizza. My kids love their pizza, we always either order the cheese pie or pepperoni. Both are excellent and have a great ratio of sauce to cheese. The pizza sauce is neither too sour nor too sweet. All in all, a very satisfying slice! We have ordered the food and it's good, my kids enjoy the chicken strips and the meatball parm. As another reviewer said, the place has a small dining area but feels homey and lovely to me, reminds me of my hometown little pizza shop. I get delivery often, and it's pretty good most of the time, fast and the pizza/food are warm. All in all, a nice little local place. read more

My husband and I just killed an entire margarita pizza, and it was just as excellent as the first time we came. I'd recognize that fresh sauce anywhere. It's thin and tomatoey and full of flavor. We were lucky enough to be the only ones in the restaurant, so they put on some classic romantic music for us to enjoy our date to, and it turned "gettin some pizza" into a complete dining experience. The greeting is warm, the pizza is hot, and this place deserves much more attention than it gets. We'll keep coming here over any other Italian place in Jersey. read more

I have been going to this restaurant, for the past 7 years. I always had a good experience. But lately the experience has gone down. There's rarely any paper in the bathroom to dry your hands and very little soap. I don't know how the food handlers can keep their hands clean. The owner used to be a calm, friendly man . Now he's always nervous about deliveries and gets a little loud. He seems to be overwhelmed with all the orders that comes in. I guess that was before the smartphone apps like Slice. I've seen insects in the restaurant. I realize flies and crickets can't be helped because the front door is broken. Shake your coat off before leaving ! I don't want to imagine that there's a worse insect problem in the kitchen. Don't buy drinks from the soda fountain! They taste terrible and the ice had a weird taste and odor. The quality of the food is not what it used to be. The owner is now using less quantity of certain ingredients in the special dishes I used to enjoy. He's cutting corners to save money and it shows in the quality of the food. I hope this restaurant can return to its former self. read more

Tried this place a couple of times. First time, ordered a pizza Margarita. Decent. Fresh mozzarella, flavorful sauce, plenty of fresh basil. Next time, they don't have fresh mozzarella. The more dry mozzarella isn't an acceptable substitute. Finally, another pizza margarita, which I am informed has no basil, because it's too expensive. I kid you not! Look at the kitchen when you go there. It isn't exactly spotless. We'll be getting our pies elsewhere from now on. read more

Great place! The place is small and intimate. Very friendly staff. Good portions and fairly priced. Their sweetened ice tea is refreshing! I've driven past this place several times- finally had the opportunity to stop in. Didn't want pizza, but unsure what to get. Talked to owner, we settled on a grilled chicken sandwich on a Kaiser-type roll. I am so glad that's what we went with.... best grilled chicken sandwich I've had in a long time. On Friday I had a job interview in Maple Shade, I currently live in North Jersey but for years I lived in South Jersey. It was an all day interview and I didn't eat lunch. So needless to say I was starving. My GPS took me to Europa and who would have thought that an out of the way place off of 295 would have such a great cheese steak with fries that were included!! Earlier in the week I had a horrible North Jersey cheese steak that was so greasy and disgusting, I couldn't finish it. I paid $13 for that. At Europa for the same thing I paid less than $10. Also the atmosphere was great at Europa, especially with the painted mural on the wall. Whoever gave this place 1 star is nuts. I just hope I get this job so I can get my Europa cheese steak fix every so often. read more

Well I have to disagree with the previous reviewer. I love Europa's pizza!! Their sauce is wonderful. Also love their white pizza, tomato pie and Margarita pizza. Yum! I cannot comment on their other food, as I go there for the pizza. The place is small, but rarely full, as a lot of their business is take-out. Inside decor is cute. Outside decor needs help.....especially the color. But the food is what counts the most and the pizza is great. read more

Fantastic! I read a bad review below, just do not understand that? The pizza is average. The meals are spectacular. I have never eaten in the place, usually too crowded. We have delivery or pick-up. The meals are great. With a meal you get the entree, pasta, salad and a roll, all for 7-10 bucks! You just can't beat this place. They have never screwed up one of my orders. With one of the chicken dinners you get three nice size pounded out chicken breast with at least a 1/3 pound of pasta. The pepper and egg sandwich is great as is the sausage and pepper sandwich. For what this place is, a take out joint, it is a 5 star take out joint. Seems to be a family run place, I'm guessing two sons and the father.....No Illegals here! read more

I ordered a meal from Europa Pizza tonight for $15 and realized all I had was a $100 dollar bill when the delivery arrived. The delivery driver could not change a $100 dollar bill so he took my money and told me he would be back with my change as the restaurant is approx. 2 miles from my house. He came back to the house and said he could not give me change because I did not give him the money. I spoke to the owner several times and explained what happened and told him I wanted my money back and he was argumentative and would not even consider that this happened. I let him know I would be posting a review and he called the police saying I threatened him. I have been ordering from this business for several years and my order has came to more than $15 each time and I have never had an issue. read more
