We hadn't realized the battery on our 2013 Touareg TDI was almost dead until we took it for some body work and it was left outside (in the cold poor baby) and he had a hard time starting it. It's no small thing replacing a battery in that car cause the front seat has to be removed and THIS time the carpet was laid flat underneath, unlike when we had the last one replaced at a dealership in CA and they just left the carpet smooshed askew, something we've lived with for seven years. They also replaced the fuel filter and cabin filter, neither of which had been done for quite a while. I trust them to not recommend things that don't need fixing, completely trustworthy repair shop and would take my car nowhere else. read more

Brandon quoted me a fair price last autumn to install a replacement crankshaft position sensor on my 2005 Crossfire SRT (Mercedes built car and with AMG engine). I bought the Bosch part because the "clinical" signs (loss of power and tendency to stall) suggested its failure -- and because my code reader told me that part was defective. I'd had planned to do the repair myself but my hand got lamed-up so I could not. Anyhow, months later, Brandon recalled the quote and honored it, fixed the vehicle yesterday, runs great, no codes, no stalls. This shop is a first class operation. I wish they worked on Alfa Romeos, but I understand why they don't -- not many of that ilk in Prescott. Thanks Brandon. read more

I have a 2014 BMW and, after 8 years, I started getting messages on the display that the battery having some problems. Seriously, I got 8 years out of the original battery. Unfortunately you can't just run down to your local auto parts store for a BMW battery. Well, you can, and installing it isn't any more difficult than any other car. But, the new battery has to be registered with the vehicle or the car will think it has the old battery in it and it will overcharge it causing all sorts of problems. I live in Flagstaff and there isn't much in the way of BMW repair shops so I decided I'd drive down to Prescott and give these guys a try. I got in the next day and they only had the car for about one and a half hours. Price was about what I expected. Good job. read more

Last year when this happened I took it to the Audi dealer in Phoenix ,the cost was over $800 this time, I Took the car to European auto technicians. The cost was $170. Fixed everything, and may have found a certain tape that may Deter those pesky rodents. On top of that ...they checked out everything else then wash my windshield,cleaned out the front of my car, filled my tires and fluids an 0 additional charge super responsive ,super respectful, customer service is crazy good!!! Poor service. Poor customer service. High Prices. We were treated poorly by the front desk clerk, who was very arrogant and rude and acted like he was doing us a big favor by taking hundreds of dollars from us for a minor repair. They refused to look at any other items on the car, stating that they only do "exactly" the work ordered even if they see something minor along the way. The front desk clerk said "we don't work for free ya' know" and told us it would cost $109.00 to "diagnosis" each problem. Plus the very expensive minor repair took a long time. We will not return to this mechanic. read more

If you want your car to come out with more problems then what was brought in for, then by all means take it to European tech. Car had worse problems. Brought car in for very routine work. Came out with major problems. Mike, (mgr?) advised car needed this that and everything. I am very knowledgable about maintenance on vehicle and know car did NOT need any of the repairs advised. Mike, had called and basically advised car needed all kinds of repairs. When questioned he advised that maybe some did not need servicing yet. After two days car did all of a sudden need the this and that. Took it to another repair shop and it was advised that pieces were loose and needed to be tightened. Just beware that your wallet will be picked going there. read more

My favorite shop in town. Started taking my personal vehicle. I was so impressed, that we now take our fleet of Heating & Cooling service vans to them on top of all of our personal vehicles. They offer friendly and personable service from the moment you walk in the door until you get your keys back and I always feel like our vehicles have been serviced properly when they are done with them. One of my favorite services they offer: They give suggestions on what else might need attention. To me, that's a very good service. Power steering in my 2011 BMW X5 was working intermittently the day before the 4th of July holiday weekend. European Auto Techs were backlogged with appointments when I called, but told me they would try fit me in. By 11am they had found the problem, but the part would have to come from Phx. Depending on holiday traffic (and Hwy 69 was shut down due to the fire), there was no guarantee they could get the part and complete the work before close of business. If the part arrived late, my truck would be unusable for the entire 4th holiday weekend. I waited until 5:15 to call Euro Auto Techs to see if my truck would be done by the end of the day (knowing that they closed at 5:30). I was told that the mechanic and office staff had agreed to work late to get my truck done and back to me before the weekend. By 6:15 I was back in my truck and off to start the weekend. Truck works great, and their level of customer service was phenomenal ! Highly recommend them ! read more
